Role Responsibilities
• Participate in requirement, design, coding, implementation, testing, which include features enhancements, new functionalities, and web service integration.
• Contribute to code reviews for quality assurance and conformance to standards / guidelines.
• Develop front-end application features using HTML5 / CSS3 / JavaScript
• Build reusable code and libraries for various projects.
• Prepare develop/test environment for functional test and system test.
• Work collaboratively with product owner, scrum master, technical leader during the development, and launch and continuing refinement of products.
• Optimizing the web application for increased performance
• Code review to ensure code quality of the team;
• Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design; Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant studies
• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing front-end development experience
• Experience in developing web applications using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and JavaScript
• Experienced in JavaScript (ES6, Any one of the front-end JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, React.js )
• Familiar in Node.js like npm and webpack
• Experienced with code versioning tools such as Git.

  Develop new user-facing features
• Enhancing existing UI/UX.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
• Collaborate with other team members.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive designs.

Responsibilities -

Requirement -

● Proven work experience as a Front-end developer
● Hands on experience with markup languages

● Wordpress would be an added advantage.
● Prefer from Tier One college like ( IIIT, NIT, IIT, NSUT, DTU..etc )
● Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
● In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development

Job Description The primary role of the Business Development Manager is to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients. They must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company. They must develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship. They are also required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients. Business Development Managers work with mid and senior level management, marketing, and technical staff. He/she may manage the activities of others responsible for developing business for the company. Strategic planning is a key part of this job description, since it is the business manager’s responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming into the company. Client Retention o Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships. o Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs. o Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs. Business Development Planning o Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends. o Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels. o Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales. o Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators. o Create a sales and marketing team to enhance and support the business development activities. Management and Research o Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate. o Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system. o Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team. o Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets. o Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner. o Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light. o Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff. o Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities. o Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.
