C#What we're looking for:
We are looking for an ElectronJS + C# engineer to build a desktop application. This role is responsible for working on building and maintaining our client's desktop application which complements the web platform. You will also be responsible for mentoring and growing junior engineers in the team. You will have direct access to leadership across the organization.
What you will do:
- Design and development of desktop application which is similar to a document management software.
- Integrate the desktop application with the web portal.
- Plan product roadmaps/features using feedback from customers and teammates.
- Leading a project from conception to finished product.
- Code reviews.
- Build test environments.
- Develop software installs/deployments.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies.
- Help grow the engineering team and implement best practices.
- Play a key role in shaping the future of our client's team.
Who you are:
- 3+ years professional experience as a full-stack engineer.
- Good experience with ElectronJS & C# and design/architectural patterns.
- Experience integrating systems through web services.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and writing reusable libraries.
- Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application.
- Experience in collaborating with teams across the company(sales and design).
- Experience with defining automated testing frameworks/practices.
- Experience with developing document management application having virtual drive is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and making decisions without all the answers in front of you.
- Demonstrated track record of success in building products based on research that drive meaning impact.
- Experience in B2B products, and productivity/communication tools.
- Comfortable defining success metrics and making data-informed decisions.
