The Web 3 & Blockchain Innovation Lab plays a pivotal role in leading the lab strategic vision and

operational excellence, fostering a culture of innovation and learning by doing among students.

This individual is responsible for setting the lab strategic direction, managing a team of stream

leaders, and ensuring the lab success in bridging the gap between academia and industry. As a

thought leader and brand ambassador, the Head of the lab promotes the lab focus areas both

internally and externally, embodying the qualities of leadership and innovation that inspire

students and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

* Vision and Strategy:

* Develop and communicate a clear vision for the Innovation Labs, aligning with

* the institution strategic objectives.

* Set strategic goals for the lab, including defining key areas of focus, innovation

    strategies, and research priorities.

* Ensure the lab activities contribute to the broader academic and research

   missions of the institution.

Innovation Lab - Industry Interface:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, facilitating collaborations that enhance the lab's research and innovation projects.

* Serve as a key liaison between the lab and academic departments, promoting interdisciplinary industry relevant research and learning opportunities.

* Lead initiatives to secure funding, sponsorship, and partnerships that support the lab's activities and growth.

* Brand Ambassador and Thought Leadership:

* Act as a brand ambassador and thought leader, representing the Innovation Labs at conferences, seminars, and public forums.

* Promote the lab's achievements and projects through various channels, enhancing its reputation and visibility.

* Foster a network of alumni, industry leaders, and academic peers to support and engage with the lab's work.

Mentorship and Role Modeling:

* Serve as a mentor and role model for students and mentors, inspiring them to pursue innovation and excellence.

* Encourage the development of leadership skills among lab members, particularly stream leaders and emerging talents.

* Support a learning environment that values diversity, inclusivity, and personal growth.

Skills and Qualifications :

* Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent experience in innovation management.

* Proven leadership experience in managing research or innovation labs, particularly in an academic or similar setting.

* Deep technical expertise in multiple blockchain platforms, smart contracts, DeFi & dApps, Web 3 libraries/frameworks and cryptography. Should be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the benefits decentralization.

* Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.

* Excellent relationship-building skills, with experience in academia-industry partnerships.

* Demonstrated success in securing funding, sponsorships, or partnerships.

Job Summary: 

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with experience in C# (ASP.NET Core Web API), React, and SQL Server. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications and APIs, ensuring seamless integration between the front-end and back-end systems. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, and React. 

API Development: Create and maintain RESTful APIs to support front-end applications and integrations. 

Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage SQL Server databases, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and indexing. 

Front-End Development: Implement user interfaces using React, ensuring a smooth and responsive user experience. 

Code Quality: Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices in software development. 

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and DevOps, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Required Qualifications: 

Experience: Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, React, and SQL Server. 

Technical Skills: 

Proficient in C# and ASP.NET Core Web API development. 

Strong experience with React and related front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS). 

Expertise in SQL Server, including database design, query optimization, and performance tuning. 

Familiarity with version control systems like Git. 

Understanding of RESTful architecture and Web API design. 

Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. 

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Assisting with day to day operations of the People Office functions and duties
• Dealing with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations
• Developing and implementing the HR strategy aligned to the business objectives
• Supporting and coaching the management team on all people-related matters, including business change and transformation
• Forming strong relationships with the business teams to be able to challenge and coach in a high-performance environment
• Monitoring, measuring and reporting on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales

What you need to have:

• At least 7+ years of experience as HR manager or assistant HR Manager
• At least 1 year of experience in any Salesforce consulting company, similar to our business
• Excellent communication skills and presentation skills

• Should learn and understand the product, respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
• Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
• Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
• Update customers about new features and functionalities
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
• Gather customer feedback 
• Knowledge of Test Automation and writing javascript is a plus
