Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and driving a team of Virtual Relationship Managers (VRM) handling a portfolio of eligible customers in order to achieve the targets set and that all guidelines and regulatory requirements are followed. • The team Manager will be responsible for Sales Management through leads generated for a set of products from a fixed non-managed customer with the express objective of achieving business targets and efficiency targets related to outbound database calling management.

Your Role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

•               Gather and analyze information on existing business processes in order to make recommendations that seek to improve business systems and processes.

•               Analyze and document requirements for enhancements to systems and / or business processes. May involve investigation of third party vendors or systems.

•               Clearly document solutions and recommendations to business problems.

•               Review requirements and designs with relevant stakeholders to obtain agreement and sign off of proposals.

•               Create cost and time estimates along with project plans to enable prioritization and execution of work.

•               Complete all tasks related to development, unit testing, user acceptance testing, reporting and system implementation in accordance with the IT development life cycle.

•               Always conform to documentation, coding and quality standards as defined.
