So, what do you do as a project manager? You are responsible to manage key client project in direction, coordination, implementation, execute, control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization. Oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. They make sure the scope of the project is clear, reporting regularly on the progress of the project and that it is staying on the approved schedule.
The successful candidate will work directly in client location to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope. You will coordinate with other teams & departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible. Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and Clients for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope and schedule using appropriate verification techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

- Establish and maintain relationships with Key clients.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Meet with clients to take detailed specifications and clarify requirements of each project.

Job Brief
We are currently hiring a Growth Hacker who will be responsible for delivering
effective marketing campaigns that will drive the adoption, engagement, and
monetization of the digital product or service. This is a cross-functional role that
works closely with the marketing, sales teams, product management, and technology
teams to conceptualize and launch features and campaigns that will increase usage,
traffic, and revenues for the digital channels.
Main Responsibilities of a Growth Hacker
Developing and executing online and offline campaigns, digital marketing,
brand partnerships, on-ground activation etc. to drive traffic to digital
channels.
Choosing, setting, and prioritizing growth goals for the company.
Identifying growth opportunities for the company.
Identifying, developing & optimizing growth channels to drive revenue growth.
Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion
rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as
testing new approaches to capture existing demand.
Providing inputs & expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities (content
development and optimization, advertising, etc.)
Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through
different channels.
Working closely across teams with other teams to share ideas, feedback &

Key Requirements
Must have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years experience in a related/ similar role and the start-up
space.

Responsibilities:
- Design and code efficient, scalable systems that can accept feedback from multiple hundred thousand employees and generate insights
- Design efficient and scalable event driven systems to process complex machine learning pipeline
- Experiment with data to come up with unique insights and that can benefit our clients
- Identify libraries and technologies worth experimentation
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring more value to our clients
- Investigate performance issues / scalability bottlenecks, existing queries and/or write new queries with performance optimization in mind

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in architecture and developing high performance web applications
- Experience with systems ingesting/processing high amounts of data is a plus
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL database
- Working knowledge of RESTful API paradigms
- Experienced in microservices architecture
- Solid engineering principles and a clear understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Passion for products, empathy for users, and aspiration to make a big impact

- Extensive experience in building REST APIs
- Experience in building, managing, and enhancing backend / server-side development using java / java scripts. Expertise in NodeJS is preferred
- The person must have built systems that consume and process volumes of data from various sources. Experience in handling and managing data in NoSQL databases such as Mongodb.
- Extensive experience of building custom UI for web using the popular frameworks like angular and react. Experience in developing mobile UI is nice to have

• Use Internet research to develop company & contact lists, curate email databases, CXO lists, etc.
• Measure, track & improve RoI on investments in lead generation initiatives
• Be passionate about using the latest & best marketing automation & lead generation tools
