Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage digital, web, and mobile-based projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and ensure smooth project execution across agile workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project planning, execution, delivery, and closure across multiple client and internal projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, goals, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with designers, developers, QA, and business teams to ensure requirements are met.
• Track and manage project tasks, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
• Conduct regular sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups (Agile/Scrum).
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements, give updates, and manage expectations.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions while maintaining budget and timelines.
• Use project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp to track progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital, IT services, or SaaS environment.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, ClickUp, Asana).

Requirements:

• Previously help a DevOps Engineer or System Engineer role

• 4+ years of production Linux system admin experience in high traffic environment

• 1+ years of experience with Amazon AWS and related services (instances, ELB,

What will you do?

• Oversees testing, deployment & maintenance of the Voice infrastructure.
• Performing a variety of tasks associated with user provisioning and call routing within the assigned platform 
• Build loaders for internal systems ensuring tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in meetings with clients and internal departments to understand the requirements of call routing
• Document and design call flow diagrams to ensure that all call variables have been accounted for in preparing a routing plan
• Support the clients solution by correcting any issues with call routing or provisioning during the initial implementation phase, constantly communicating status of any issues with client
• Complete testing to ensure that call flow is operating properly
• Monitors and ensures compliance to standards, policies, and procedures

What you will be doing

• Working closely with the Engineering lead to contribute to deciding the backend as well as frontend system architecture for products used by consumers, retailers, and other stakeholders.
• Stay informed about the product strategy; evaluate the feasibility of solutions proposed by PMs, estimate development effort, and help in planning the roadmap and individual features.
