SELECTION CRITERIA :
Must possess excellent communication (written and spoken) skills
Successful track record selling Software Products and Services into the UAE Market as an individual contributor
Must have sold complex Enterprise IT solutions in ERP/CRM/Cloud/SaaS/Infrastructure/Data Analytics
Must have sold end-to-end deals in the UAE market
Graduates/Engineers/MBAs with at least 7+ years of relevant work experience

We are looking for an amazing Account Executive to join our joyful Bengaluru team to skyrocket our projects in 2022 and beyond! You will play a key role in our India expansion by qualifying, supporting and managing inbound leads to a close and working effectively with our outreach strategy.
You will report to Karan, the Head of India, who opened the local entity in 2020 and work closely with our Sales team.

What you will do:
- Achieve the company’s sales goals for the Indian market
- Establish a deep understanding of AppTweak’s business operations, including App Store Optimization, competitive landscape, and internal tools & processes.
- Conduct product demos to leads and follow-up until they convert into paying customers. You will own the full sales cycle from lead to close.
- Assess leads requirements, solve their problems and anticipate future needs to increase revenue.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue regional targets.
- Reinforce the AppTweak’s presence and reputation in India
- Represent and advocate AppTweak’s brand during major mobile marketing conferences throughout the year in various locations such as New Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, etc (participate in 5 to 10 events per year)
- Connect with C-level and senior executives in the mobile and gaming industry to grow AppTweak’s reputation

Job Description :
Summary : Major focus will be the development of server-side logic to ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests received from front-end. Deployment on the production server.
Responsibilities :
- Understanding the project requirement and coding the programs efficiently to meet the client's requirements to the closest proximity.
- Optimise output to run smoothly on multiple delivery platforms.
- Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
- Integration of user interface elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
- Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
- Integration of data storage and third-party library/package into the application.
- Create or integrate any such thing manually if not available on standard package list.
- Create the best fitted and scalable database schema for particular business logic.
- Should be hands-on in reading large volumes of data from the database, or over HTTP(S)/WebSockets.
- Ensure programs and applications are bug-free and run smoothly.
Skills And Qualifications :
- Familiarity with Python web stacks and In-depth knowledge of different frameworks (Django, Flask, etc.)
- Understanding different types of Object Relational Mappers.
- Ability to work on multiple API integrations, and write modular reusable code.
- Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture
- Good knowledge of a server-side templating language.
