Job Description:

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience and drive engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop user interface designs for web and mobile applications that align with brand guidelines and usability best practices.

2. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and feedback for design improvements. 3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and interactions.

4. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.

5. Optimize designs based on user feedback, analytics data, and industry trends to enhance user satisfaction.

6. Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes.

7. Maintain design consistency across platforms and products to provide a seamless user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.

• Proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts effectively.

• Portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX projects demonstrating creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Technical knowledge

• Design and implement software components using up-to-date technologies and best practices.

Job Description: Senior Software Developer (Exp.2-6 years)

Location: Bangalore

What you need:

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree is preferred in computer science or related field (such as computer       engineering, software engineering, biomedical engineering, or mathematical sciences) from premier institutes.

* 1-3 years of industry experience in professional software development.  

* Strong C++ knowledge.

* Knowledge of ITK / VTK / OpenCV / Robots / Qt Framework is plus.
