Assistant Manager

We are looking for a PHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Coordinating with the other development team members for fast and quality development.

Collaborate as a technical expert and SME in the area of front-end design & development

Research, integrate, and consume external APIs

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing and branding strategies for the CEO's personal and professional brand.
• Collaborate with the CEO to develop content for social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, and other digital channels.
•  Monitor, track, and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity.
• Manage and optimize the CEO's online presence and reputation.
• Handle any digital crises that may occur, including negative reviews or feedback.

Opportunity:

Create a consumer facing credit card product that will be used by millions of users. 

What you will do:

• Be a part of our backend for frontend/ credit card processing engineering teams to build the best homegrown credit card stack.
• Partner with the product teams to understand the product features and specifications, translate them into high level and low-level design.
• Work with frontend and backend developers to build out a customer-centric experience that will constantly evolve.
• Respond to support team tickets as needed to resolve bugs and issues.

Experience Range: 

5- 7 years with technical hands-on experience in building large-scale B2C applications catering to millions of users. Previous experience in building scalable products is a must.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong insight into Java programming language (Class loading, Memory Management, Transactions, Executors, Lambdas and Streams).
• Experience in distributed technologies, real-time, high throughput and low latency systems.
• Hands-on prior experience with scalable Cloud based architectures.
• Experience in one or more frameworks like Spring is a plus but not required.

We are creating a full-stack technology team and looking for an Engineering Lead to head the tech platform development and the tech team. Working together with the co-founders, you will decide the revised tech stack, talent to be hired, and best practices to be put in place.

We are building a solution that deploys elements of tokenization using blockchain, ML driven portfolio selection and risk management, and a proprietary alternate secondary market for illiquid securities.
