Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamicĀ Project ManagerĀ with a strong technical background to lead and manage technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, or fintech solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing project lifecycles, coordinating between technical teams and stakeholders, and ensuring timely and efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure clear communication across teams, bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance and adjust resources as needed to meet deadlines.
- Oversee documentation, reporting, and compliance with best practices.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum methodologies where applicable.
Requirements:
- Technical Background:Ā A degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:Ā 2+ years of experience in project management within a tech-driven environment.
- Project Management Skills:Ā Strong ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively.
- Technical Expertise:Ā Understanding of software development, cloud technologies, APIs, and system architecture.
- Leadership & Communication:Ā Strong ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and communicate across various departments.
- Methodologies:Ā Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management practices.
- Tools:Ā Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Problem-Solving Skills:Ā Ability to handle challenges proactively and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM are a plus.
- Experience managing fintech or SaaS projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, or cybersecurity is a bonus.

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and motivated ** Software Engineer** with hands-on experience in the Software development (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js,sql)**. The ideal candidate should have strong coding skills, a good grasp of modern web development practices, and excellent communication and work ethics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the (javascript,MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js,sql)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ year of professional experience as a Software Developer
- Proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and TypeScript (optional but a plus)
- Solid understanding of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Good communication skills and a team-player mindset
- Strong sense of ownership and work ethics
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Exposure to testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress
-Prior experience working in a fintech companyĀ is a strong advantage.
