Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Manager who can own, lead, and strengthen the entire Finance function at BXI. The role involves analysing platform-driven financial trends, optimising vendor management, and driving insights from both online and offline transactions to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire Finance vertical including accounting, reporting, compliance, and analysis.
• Analyse platform financial data, trading patterns, revenue trends, and cost behaviour to provide actionable insights.
• Track, evaluate, and optimise vendor financial performance across the marketplace.
• Oversee offline barter transactions, revenue recognition, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Build financial dashboards to monitor KPIs, cash flow, margins, receivables, and payables.
• Ensure timely preparation of MIS, P&L, balance sheets, and other financial statements.
• Implement strong financial controls, SOPs, and internal processes for smooth business operations.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Marketplace teams to forecast growth, manage budgets, and support strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies for compliance and statutory requirements.
• Identify financial risks, gaps, and opportunities to help scale the business sustainably.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years of experience in Finance Management, preferably in startups, marketplaces, or tech-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of financial modelling, MIS reporting, and data-driven analysis.
• Experience handling vendor accounts, reconciliations, and transaction-heavy workflows.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial tools, and accounting software (Tally/Zoho/others).
• Deep knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliances.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into business insights.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a cross-functional finance setup.

We are looking for a proactive and goal-driven Tele caller IT Sales professional to support our sales team by generating leads, engaging with IT decision-makers, and booking qualified meetings. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of IT products/services and a strong ability to communicate the value to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to IT managers, CIOs, and purchase heads to promote products/services (servers, storage, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.).

Understand client IT requirements and pitch relevant solutions.

Generate leads and schedule meetings or demos for the field sales team.

Maintain accurate lead and call data in the CRM system.

Follow up on past leads, email campaigns, and webinar attendees.

Achieve daily/weekly call targets and monthly qualified meeting goals.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Technical or Commerce background preferred).

2-3 years of experience in tele calling or inside sales, preferably in IT products/services.

Good knowledge of basic IT terms (servers, firewalls, cloud, etc.) is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & regional language).

Strong listening, convincing, and objection-handling skills.

Experience with CRM tools, email, and Excel.

Desirable:

- Knowledge of IT/ Datacenter industry trends.

- Certification in sales/tele calling.
