Build a database of customer leads through references, opening stalls in areas where there are higher

number of footfalls – like apartment complexes, shopping areas etc., door to door visits, distribution of

pamphlets etc

 Schedule meetings with potential liabilities customers and understand their requirement; thereafter

presenting them with the most suitable products and explaining the features/benefits.

 Communicate clearly to customers on the requirements for various types of products & services – for

example, charges for maintaining a locker, minimum balance to be maintained etc.,

 Ensure that all customer documents are verified with originals and are handled with care and

confidentiality.

 Complete all account opening related processes accurately so that the customer experience is

enhanced and forms the foundation of a long relationship with the bank.

 Maintain continuous communication with customers on the status of their account opening process.

 Frequently communicate with newly signed up customers and assist them with additional products and

services based on their requirements – for example, relevant loan products, investment products etc.

 Build reference network from newly signed up customers for potential leads.

 Regularly update Daily Sales Reports and discuss on the plans, action items, progress with the

supervisor.

Job Description:

Mandatory Skills:

Should have strong working experience with Cloud technologies like AWS and Azure.

Should have strong working experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Rundeck.

Must have experience with configuration management tools like Ansible.

Must have working knowledge on tools like Terraform.

Must be good at Scripting Languages like shell scripting and python.

Should be expertise in DevOps practices and should have demonstrated the ability to apply that knowledge across diverse projects and teams.

Preferable skills:

Experience with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Puppet, JIRA, gitlab and Jfrog.

Experience in scripting languages like groovy.

Experience with GCP

Summary & Responsibilities:

 Write build pipelines and IaaC (ARM templates, terraform or cloud formation).

 Develop ansible playbooks to install and configure various products.

 Implement Jenkins and Rundeck jobs( and pipelines).

 Must be a self-starter and be able to work well in a fast paced, dynamic environment

 Work independently and resolve issues with minimal supervision.

 Strong desire to learn new technologies and techniques

 Strong communication (written / verbal ) skills

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

4+ years of experience in DevOps and AWS.

2+ years of experience in Python, Shell scripting and Azure.

• Responsible for independently managing all day-to-day payroll activities including coordination with the key internal teams as well as external payroll vendor to ensure an accurate and timely payroll on a periodical basis. 
• Responsible for interfacing within the company and outside in all matters related to HR 
• Handling end to end Onboarding & Exit of employees 
• Preparing & updating employee records relating to hiring, confirmation, transferring, termination, etc
• Responsible for accurate and timely payment of applicable taxes and filing of related returns. Eg. EPF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.
• Ensure all labor laws compliances are fully complied with and reports are updated at all times.
• Ensure timely input to the Banking/Finance team towards disbursement of salaries.
• Handle all labor law compliances and notices.
• Manage Employee Benefit programs and ensure timely disbursement of benefits.
• Manage the generation of actuarial reports such as gratuity, leave encashment, etc
• Responsible for providing necessary information and explanations for internal and external audits.
• Respond to employee inquiries on payroll issues or concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll operations and data at all times.
• Preparation of MIS reports
• Preparation of all kinds of HR reports and documents required 
• Handling employee grievances and complaints 
• Other requirements and assignments as needed 

Required Candidate profile: 

• Education: Post-Graduate, MBA HR
• At least 5 years of end to end payroll experience
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt constantly to change.
• Good time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle employee queries.
• Ability to communicate well with all the stakeholders 
• Ability to be the interface between the employees and the organization 
• Able to communicate well within the organization and be the interface for the organization outside
