Business Developer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Operations Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in operations and administration. You will support day-to-day operations, coordinate tasks between teams, and help ensure smooth workflow across the organization. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist the operations team in daily administrative and operational tasks.

 • Support scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping. 

• Help track project timelines and deliverables. 

• Maintain and update data in spreadsheets and databases accurately. 

• Prepare reports and presentations for management using Excel and other tools. 

• Coordinate communication between teams and departments. 

• Learn and follow company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. 

• Identify small process improvements and suggest ideas to enhance efficiency. 

Qualifications: 

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Management, Commerce, or a related field. 

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 

• Good written and verbal communication skills. 

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

• Eager to learn, proactive, and a team player. 

• Key Skills:
• Expert Proficiency in anyone the below programming language - Node JS, PHP or GoLang
• Expert Computer Science fundamentals like Data Structures, Algorithms, Time Complexity, and others
• Strong Microservices, REST API, Git source control, CI/CD, and other latest technology trends
• Strong System Design, DB Design proficiency
• Strong knowledge in Design Patterns, best software development practices
• Good exposure to working in Open Source stack, E-Commerce, or Fintech domain.

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 4+ years of software engineering experience

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have proven1+ years of experience designing, building, and owning AI runtime infrastructure supporting distributed training and/or inference at scale

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have hands-on experience optimizing deep learning runtimes such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have strong low-level performance engineering experience, including profiling, debugging, and optimizing system throughput, latency, and reliability

Mandatory (Team Lead) – Must have experience leading or mentoring a team, including technical guidance, code reviews, and delivery ownership

Mandatory (Programming Skills) – Must have strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++ , etc

Job Description:

As a member of Aecor’s front-end development team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the agency on multiple accounts. The front-end team is a central player in bringing Aecor’s creative vision to life for our clients. You will execute high-quality technical solutions on time and on budget using modern development methods. You will help drive innovative and effective user experience through technology.

Responsibilities:

• Determining the structure and design of web pages.
• Designing user interactions on web pages.
• Building reusable code for future use.
• Developing features to enhance the user experience.
• Maintain and improve website
• Experience in developing responsive websites
• Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g. Sass, Less)
• Experience building with a modern front-end frameworks
• Experience authoring native JavaScript
• Experience with jQuery or similar libraries
• Knowledge of accessibility and front-end performance best practices
• Experience with version control tools (e.g. SVN, Git, TFS)
• Work collaboratively with team members, designers, project managers and back-end developers to create engaging digital experiences

Skills:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Frontend. Relevant experience includes having worked on advanced Javascript and should not be limited to HTML/CSS
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Vue.js
• Preferred to have working knowledge of testing frameworks 
• Understanding of key design principles.
• Understanding of SEO principles.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Responsible for handling all travel related inquiries and providing a one-stop travel solution to all the stakeholders
• Support Travel Desk arrangements Round the clock operations
• Ticketing Air / Rail / Bus
• Domestic/International Hotel accommodation bookings after negotiating the best deal.
• Support in organizing various events such as seminars, conferences, etc.
• Handling Visa processing / Forex / Travel Insurances/ International Domestic SIM
• Car Rental arrangements
• Processing all travel related invoices for vendors payment on a timely basis.
• Help design and create travel itineraries for stakeholders based on their requirements adhering to in-house travel policies and procedures.
• Coordinating with Finance for settling travel claims monthly billing clearance.
• Preparing monthly MIS and periodic travel reports.
• Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures adhering to travel norms.
• Should be flexible towards any other admin related job which will be assigned on time to time on a need basis / business exigencie

• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and produce releases of software components.
• Build and deploy on to AWS
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
