Job Summary :

We are looking for a technically strong Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a Software Development or QA/Testing background to lead enterprise integrations and implementation programs. This is a hands-on techno-functional role, where you will own end-to-end project execution, customer communication, technical integrations, and production delivery.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience with REST APIs, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), SaaS products, enterprise integrations, and stakeholder management.

You will act as the single point of contact for customers, working closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and client technical teams to deliver successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive end-to-end technical program and enterprise integration delivery.
• Lead requirements gathering, implementation, UAT, production releases, and go-live.
• Manage API integrations, cloud discussions, and multi-tenant implementations.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, and enterprise customers.
• Handle project risks, technical escalations, and stakeholder communication.
• Evaluate customer feature requests and recommend product enhancements or custom implementations.
• Ensure timely delivery while balancing customer expectations and product capabilities.

Mandatory Skills :

• 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, or Solution Delivery.
• Strong Software Development or QA/Testing background.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Good understanding of JSON, XML, SDLC, system architecture, and SaaS applications.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including interactions with CTOs and senior technical leaders.
• Immediate to 15 days notice period.

Good to Have :

• Experience with FinTech, SaaS, or API-driven products.

• We are not looking for a project coordinator. We need a hands-on Techno-Functional TPM who can understand technical architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations while confidently driving customer-facing implementations from planning to production.

• Proven working experience as an Insurance Agent or relevant experience from Broking Industry Insurance
• Familiarity with all types of insurance plans (automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc)
• Basic computer knowledge and statistical analysis

Roles & Responsibilities

What You'll Do

•    Design and build the core Node.js services and REST APIs from scratch, built to scale as we grow.

•    Own system design end to end: service boundaries, data flow, caching, queueing, failure modes, and scale.

•    Ship AI/ML-powered features, including LLM and agentic capabilities.

•    Use LLMs and agentic tooling across the SDLC, from design and code generation to testing and debugging.

•    Model data and optimize SQL/NoSQL queries for performance; integrate with third-party platforms.

•    Debug production issues, own reliability, and set the engineering standards the rest of the team will grow into.

Ideal Candidate

1.Strong Backend Node.js Developer Profile

2.Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 6+ years of hands-on Backend Engineering experience using Node.js building production-grade systems for B2C products at meaningful consumer scale

3.Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must be AI-native in their own engineering workflow: already uses LLMs and agentic tooling across the SDLC, from design and code generation through testing and debugging

4.Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have owned backend architecture end to end, including greenfield builds. Should be able to make early architecture calls and reason clearly about service boundaries, data flow, caching, queueing, failure modes, scalability, and reliability trade-offs under real constraints.

5.Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have a solid understanding of backend fundamentals, including API development, service-oriented architecture, data structures, algorithms, and clean coding practices

6.Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have experience designing, building, and maintaining APIs and backend services, including integrations with external systems and third-party platforms

7.Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must have strong experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), including efficient data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning

8.Mandatory (Company) – Must have worked in B2C product companies / startups at meaningful consumer scale. (WealthTech, FinTech, or high-growth consumer product background is highly preferred)

9.Mandatory (Stability) – Must have a stable career history, with consistent tenure across previous companies; frequent job-hopping will not be considered

10.Mandatory (AI Product) – Must have experience building and shipping products that use LLMs and agentic workflows to end users.

11.Mandatory (Compensation Alignment) – Candidate must be comfortable with the compensation structure where the company matches their current CTC and provides ESOPs, without any salary hike.

Qualifications:

• Infrastructure automation through DevOps scripting (Eg Python, Ruby, PowerShell, Java, shell) or previous software development experience
• Experience in building and managing production cloud environments from the ground up.
• Hands-on, working experience with primary AWS services (EC2, VPC, RDS, Route53, S3)
• Knowledge on repository management (GitHub, SVN)
• Solid understanding of web application architecture and RDBMS (SQL Server preferred).
• Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements is a bonus. (Eg Security, Privacy, HIPAA, SOX, etc)
• Strong logical, analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication skills.
• Should have degree in computer science, MIS, engineering or equivalent with 5+ years of experience.
• Should be willing to work in rotational shifts (including the nights)
