Territory Sales Manager

The Territory Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations within a designated geographic area or territory. This role involves driving sales growth, managing relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that sales targets and quotas are met. The Territory Manager will work closely with the sales team and senior management to align territory-specific strategies with the company’s overall goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Growth & Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory. Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities to increase market share and revenue.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the territory. Regularly meet with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with the company’s products/services.

Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the assigned territory. Use insights to develop effective sales strategies and ensure the company remains competitive.

Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions. Provide regular sales reports to senior management, including forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance analysis.

Training & Development: Assist in the training and development of junior sales staff or account managers within the territory. Share best practices and collaborate on sales techniques to ensure team success.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, product management, customer support) to align sales efforts with broader company initiatives. Work with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery and fulfillment of customer orders.

Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations with key clients and partners to close deals. Ensure all contracts are aligned with company policies and profitability goals.

Customer Feedback & Product Improvement: Gather and communicate customer feedback to the product development team to help improve product offerings and services. Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience Requirements:

6+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry. Experience in managing a sales territory or region is a plus.

Skills Required:

Key Responsibilities: 

• Rewrite existing APIs in NodeJS. 
• Remodel the APIs into Micro services-based architecture. 
• Implement a caching layer wherever possible. 
• Optimize the API for high performance and scalability. 
• Write unit tests for API Testing.
• Automate the code testing and deployment process.

Skills Required: 

• At least 3 years of experience developing Backends using NodeJS — should be well versed with its asynchronous nature & event loop, and know its quirks and workarounds. 
• Excellent hands-on experience using MySQL or any other SQL Database. 
• Good knowledge of MongoDB or any other NoSQL Database. 
• Good knowledge of Redis, its data types, and their use cases. 
• Experience with graph-based databases like GraphQL and Neo4j. 
• Experience developing and deploying REST APIs. 
• Good knowledge of Unit Testing and available Test Frameworks. 
• Good understanding of advanced JS libraries and frameworks. 
• Experience with Web sockets, Service Workers, and Web Push Notifications. 
• Familiar with NodeJS profiling tools. 
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git. 
• Good knowledge of creating and maintaining DevOps infrastructure on cloud platforms. 
• Should be a fast learner and a go-getter — without any fear of trying out new things Preferences. 
• Experience building a large-scale social or location-based app.

Job Description: 

*BlueTooth feature development in Android framework using Java, C++, and C languages.

*Knowledge of Bluetooth as a technology and working experience in Bluetooth protocol (both Stack and profiles).

*Hands-on Experience in Android framework development to realize the feature set that includes HFP, PBAP, A2DP, MAP,  SPP, BLE etc.…

*Exposure to Bluetooth open-source Stack Integration to any given platform.

*Expertise in Bluetooth component development on the QNX/Linux platform. 

*Should be able to analyze the Bluetooth Air Sniffer logs using the Frontline or similar Bluetooth Protocol analyzer tools.

Responsibilities:

• Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code.
• Write and maintain modular and high performance code.
• Collaborate with BE devs and UX designers to improve usability.
• Participate in technical discussions and communicate across teams.
• Lead frontend technical development efforts.
• Take ownership and drive projects end-to-end.
• Mentor junior developers

• Design front-end architecture (secure, high-performing, scalable, extensible, flexible, simple).

Requirements:

• Should have strong JavaScript fundamentals.
• HTML/CSS experience, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross browser compatibility, and accessibility.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, the JavaScript object model and ES6
• Understanding of React.js / Angular/ Vue.js and its core principles.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with React.js /Vue.js/ Angular.
• Good communication skills.
• Good understanding of FE build systems and tools like Babel(ES6), Webpack, Grunt, npm,. is a plus.
• Experience with browser APIs and optimising front end performance is a plus.

Task:

• Make documentations with formatting and in proper detailing
• Basic knowledge on Excel working with formula handling & reporting.
• Need to do multitasking, able to deliver tasks on time with expected quality
• Candidate should have thinking out of the box which supports the department to deliver good results in the pre-defined processes.
• Needs to be quick learner and able to come up with own thoughts on the tasks explained/shared to deliver good results
• Work closely with German team for operative processes/execution/deliverables.
• Flexible to adopt the changes in terms of processes/task handling.
• Knowledge on order fulfillment processes, managing support content on the website, inputs on support handling processes are added advantage.

• Knowledge of concepts such as CAC (Call-admission-Control), Emergency Calling, Auto Attendant, Call queue, Call quality Dashboards, Media Bypass.
• Understanding of Microsoft Phone system infrastructure and its elements.
• Good Understanding of Microsoft Teams PowerShell commands & Scripting.
• Support the operation of Microsoft voice network services and perform voice-related MACDs
• Basic Understanding of AudioCodes IP Phones.
• Basic Understanding of Network concepts such as TCP/IP, UDP, Subnetting.
• Knowledge of O365 & Azure is a plus.

FORMAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING

• Degree in engineering or related qualification
• 5-10 years of practical experience in a similar role is a must
• AudioCodes Certified Associate (ACA) certification is a big plus.
• MS-700, 70-333, 70-334 Microsoft Certifications is a plus

Job Description

The Toyota Connected team is looking for a Senior ML Engineer (Computer Vision) to be a part of a highly talented engineering team to help create new products and services from the ground up for the next generation connected vehicles. We are looking for team members that are required to be creative in solving problems, excited to work in new technology areas and be ready to wear multiple hats to get things done in a highly energized, fast-paced, innovative and collaborative startup environment.

What you will do

• Develop solutions using Machine Learning/Deep Learning and other advanced technologies to solve a variety of problems

• Develop image analysis algorithms and deep learning architectures to solve Computer vision related problems.

• Implement cutting edge machine learning techniques in image classification, object detection, semantic segmentation, sequence modeling, etc. using frameworks such as OpenCV, TensorFlow and Pytorch.

• Translate user stories and business requirements to technical solutions by building quick prototypes or proof of concepts with several business and technical stakeholder groups in both internal and external organizations

• Partner with leaders in the area and have insights to select off the shelf components vs building from the scratch

• Convert the proof of concepts to production-grade solutions that can scale for hundreds of thousands of users

• Be hands-on where required and lead from the front in following best practices in development and CI/CD methods

• Own delivery of features from top to bottom, from concept to code to production

• Develop tools and libraries that will enable rapid and scalable development in the future

You are a successful candidate if

• You have 8+ years of experience as software engineer with minimum 3 years hands-on experience delivering products or solutions that utilized Computer Vision

• Strong experience in deploying solutions to production, with hands-on experience in any public cloud environment (AWS, GCP or Azure)

• Excellent proficiency in Open CV or related computer vision frameworks and libraries

• Mathematical understanding of a variety of statistical learning algorithms (Reinforcement Learning, Supervised/Unsupervised, Graphical Models)

• Expertise in a variety of Deep Learning architectures including Residual Networks, RNN/CNN, Transformer, and Transfer Learning. And experience in delivering value using these in real production environments for real customers

• You have deep proficiency in Python and at least one other major programming language (C++, Java, Golang)

• You are very fluent in one or more ML tools/libraries like Tensorflow, Pytorch, Caffe, and/or Theano and have solved several real-life problems using these
