You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. You should create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the sales team's potential. Requirements: • A bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field may be advantageous. • Experience in sales is necessary. • Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. • Strong leadership abilities. • Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills. Responsibilities: • Identifies the primary concerns, long-term strategies, and targets to be assigned to the team members. • Oversees the sales squad's initiatives to reach objectives and generate realistic, consistent outcomes. • Develops the product sales blueprint, a set of standards for sales associates to conform to, encompassing lead filtering and deal modeling. • Guides sales personnel to function efficiently by capitalizing on their passions 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand product requirements and be able to quickly turn around a functional prototype for internal review and further refinement.
• We are currently using MERN & Flutter technology for our product. You should be acquainted to this tech stack or should be able to grasp immediately.
• Develop API based architecture in order to ensure the business growth and integrational capabilities of product.
• Designing and developing REST APIs using MongoDB with its Security compositions
• Develop the Mobile UI / Back-end features using Flutter / Dart programming language.
• Creating and configuring EC2 instances and securing a connection with MongoDB Cloud database
• Should be adapt to version control systems like GIT / GITHUB

• Experience in corporate training with minimum 3.5 years of experience in Technical training
• Exposure into C#.Net, ASP.NET, MVC-5, SQL database, HTML-5, CSS-3, Javascript, AngularJS.
• Concepts on ASP.Net MVC and Web API, .Net Core, latest version of .Net core.
• Candidate should have good Presentation, verbal & written communication Skills.
• Good to have Microsoft certification on MVC and implementation knowledge on AngularJs. 

• Total Experience of 7-10 years and should be interested in teaching and research
• 3+ years’ experience in data engineering which includes data ingestion, preparation, provisioning, automated testing, and quality checks.
• 3+ Hands-on experience in Big Data cloud platforms like AWS and GCP, Data Lakes and Data Warehouses
• 3+ years of Big Data and Analytics Technologies. Experience in SQL, writing code in spark engine using python, scala or java Language. Experience in Spark, Scala
• Experience in designing, building, and maintaining ETL systems
• Experience in data pipeline and workflow management tools like Airflow
• Application Development background along with knowledge of Analytics libraries, opensource Natural Language Processing, statistical and big data computing libraries
• Familiarity with Visualization and Reporting Tools like Tableau, Kibana.
• Should be good at storytelling in Technology
