Business Development Executive

Overview:

Join our team at YoHo Design as a Sales Associate and play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, assisting them in selecting products and services that meet their interior design needs, and contributing to the overall success of our firm.

MUST HAVE 1YR OF EXP INTO INTERIOR DESIGN BACKGROUND AND SALES EXP.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Provide exemplary customer service by greeting clients, assessing their needs, and guiding them through the selection process.

2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including furniture, accessories, lighting, and design consultation services.

3. Sales Generation: Actively engage with clients to identify opportunities for sales, upselling, and cross-selling of products and services.

4. Consultative Selling: Utilize your knowledge of interior design principles to offer personalized recommendations and design solutions to clients.

5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

6. Order Management: Assist clients with placing orders, processing payments, and coordinating delivery and installation.

7. Merchandising: Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, ensuring that products are properly displayed and inventory levels are monitored.

8. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as maintaining client records, generating sales reports, and responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.

9. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including designers, project managers, and administrative staff, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

10. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and best practices in interior design and sales techniques.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple software development projects simultaneously.

- Define project scope, goals and deliverables.

- Plan and schedule project timelines.

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.

- Measure project performance and report to management.

- Identify and manage project risks.

- Ensure resource availability and allocation.

- Ensure adherence to project delivery schedules.

• Proficiency in Unity3D and C# programming language.
• Strong understanding of unity 3d and 2d principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with VR/XR/AR hardware and platforms, including Oculus, HTC Vive, HoloLens, and ARKit/ARCore.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to evolving technologies and project requirements.

Job Description

• Strong understanding of the Ruby programming language and Rails framework
• Proficiency in Javascript including experience with React, Angular or Vue.
• Database understanding (Postgres / MySQL).
• Previous experience maintaining production applications.
• Focus on writing clear, maintainable, tested code.

Skills Required

• Navigating and understanding a large codebase.
• Experience with Git, continuous integration and regular deployments.  Understanding and appreciation of UX and usability.
• Excellent communication skills and diligent ability to contribute to the team by performing code reviews.
• Writing tests using Rsp,c and Capybara.

1.       Core Responsibilities

·      Building feasible solutions/applications for our clients – this includes developing bots using Automation Anywhere new cloud-based platform A360, assisting in the design and development of Automation TaskBots to automate Business Processing involving various technologies including Web & Windows applications, Database, Image Recognition (OCR), PDF Integration, API, and Web Services

2.       Experience Requirements

·      5 plus years of Software Development experience in any RPA tool. Preferably Automation Anywhere

·      Providing guiding and training for customers around the application best practices

·      Assist with guidance for the application environment and helping to troubleshoot if necessary

·      Understand the technological pain areas of prospective customers and helping create a Proof of Concept that aligns to their needs and budget

·      Knowledge Requirements

·      Experience with Automation Anywhere, or related robotic process automation software

·      Programming or development experience (Java, .Net, C#, Visual Basic, VB.net, R, etc.)

·      Scripting knowledge or experience (Python, Perl, VB Script, Shell script, PowerShell, etc.)

·      Experience creating macros

·      Ability to understand and create business process workflow diagrams or procedural documentation

·      Understanding of SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies

·      Exposure to performance measurement and continuous improvement methodologies

·      Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Job responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high availability and performance
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle: concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores, and support.
• Diagnose performance issues, fix bugs (including crashes and ANRs) to increase the functionality of the application
• Write well-designed, testable, efficient code
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
• Prepare and produce releases of software components
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
• Collaborate with team members (product managers, developers, designers) to brainstorm about new features and functionalities.

• Knowledge and experience in Flutter Framework and DART programming
• Hands-on experience in using RESTful APIs
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing micro-services architecture and containers
• Object-oriented analysis, UML, and design using common design patterns.
• Hands-on experience in the development IDE Android Studio, Android SDK, Firebase Test Lab
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Familiarity with push notifications
• Familiarity with IOS integration with Flutter
• Experience using GitHub or a similar environment
• Experience with Agile development is a plus
• Experience with Material Design and Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Good knowledge of adding third-party libraries
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• A track record of delivering successful complex consumer product apps (finance apps, e-commerce apps)
• Critical thinker
• Knoweldge on Adobe XD/ Figma/ Sketch
• knowledge on GetX will be plus

• 2+ years of experience participating in the delivery of technology services.
• A proven ability to learn new applications & innovate in technology
• Strong Experience in technologies like PHP
• Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX etc
• Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services
• Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, Ebay etc)
• Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas
• Experience in integrating, designing and developing solutions is desirable
