Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through nurturing, networking, and lead generation using an already existing customer base.

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective levels.

Take video counseling sessions with parents and students and close sales by providing the right product.

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in business development or sales, preferably in Edu-Tech.

- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

- Strong understanding of our industry and the needs of our clients.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities: 

• To source, onboard and train, retain and engage education consultancies network within an assigned territory to get the desired number of students per year 
• To identify and sign Pre-Med Center in the designated territory to get the desired number of students from them 
• To identify potential partners, to work as affiliate marketers for TAU programs 
• To identify and engage with administrative heads of Medical Teaching Hospitals to build a list of prospects for UG / PG programs  
• To identify a list of prospects (MBBS graduates) and create a database of them. Meet and convince them to get the desired numbers  
• To Plan and execute a set of ATL / BTL activities required for the engagement, sourcing and retention of target students for various programs 

Requirements:- 

• Bachelor's degree 
• 3 - 5 years prior industry-related business development experience 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies 

Responsibilities

• The employee will be Spocsperson for all back office activities for one of our client
• Responding to queries via mail and inbound calls.
• Generating bulk offer letters and salary slips and sending them on mail
• Documentation , updating of details and onboarding of received data in master file.
• Verification of bank details.
• Sharing and maintaining database of Esic and PF to employees.
• Updating Nominee details and family details of employees
• Any other back office and data maintenance activities as required in future.
• Payroll Data Sheet Maintenance where verifying the attendance and salary details including its ESIC , PT , PF Calculation etc.

Key Skills Required

• Excellent hands on practice on working on Ms Excel
• Excellent knowledge of Pivot Table , Vlookup , Conditional formatting etc and shortcut key formulas
• 30 -40 wpm per minute typing skills are mandatory
• 1 -2+ years’ experience as database management or MIS Executive
• Candidates who have experience in customer service while maintaining database and working on excel will be preferred
• Satisfactory communication skills in English to respond queries on mails.
• Person who is dedicated towards his work and understand his duties

Strong knowledge of liquid programming language

Generate custom – tailored Shopify theme and altering pre – existing template.

Act as Shopify expert, specializing in all facets of the ecommerce platform.

Strong hands to Install & Customize new Shopify theme.

Clear concept of HTML5, CSS3, javascript/Jquery.

Knowledge in other ecommerce platform like Magento, woocommerce, BigCommerce will be preferred.

Strong hands to Install & Customize new wordpress theme.

Candidates should be Confident, self -motivated, who can work well in team environments.

10. Follow standards and best practices bring operational efficiencies, stability and availability of the system.
11. Comprehend various metrics on operational dashboards and reports and take corrective actions
