Full Stack/MEAN Stack Developer

We’re hiring a hands-on Full-Stack Developer to join as our first technical hire and help turn our operational edge into scalable software. You’ll work directly with the founding team to:

* Build internal and guest-facing tools in React

* Develop a Node.js backend to power core workflows

* Integrate with property management software APIs (e.g., Guesty, Hostaway, Airbnb)

* Implement and extend functionality using AI APIs like OpenAI (required)

Our Stack

* Frontend: React

* Backend: Node.js (Express or similar)

* Database: MongoDB or Postgres

* APIs: REST/GraphQL, PMS integrations

* AI: OpenAI API and related services

Must-Have Skills

* 2+ years of full-stack development experience

* Strong proficiency in React and Node.js

* Demonstrated experience integrating external APIs (especially SaaS or PMS platforms)

* Familiarity working with OpenAI or other AI APIs

* Ability to work independently and ship quickly

Nice to Have

* Background in hospitality, rentals, or operational software

* Experience building dashboards or guest lifecycle tools

* Bonus: Prior experience with Guesty, Hostaway, or PMS APIs

• Should have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in JDK 1.8+ 
•  Should have worked in Struts, Ajax, Spring MVC, Spring Boot and Angular 
• Should have strong expertise in SOA and Microservices • Experience in Insurance domain would be an added advantage
• The responsibilities of Java technical leads include working with developers to ensure quality network frameworks, mentoring junior level staff, and identifying issues that affect product delivery.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and ambitious Senior Full-Stack Developer (React/React-Native, PHP, and NodeJs )to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing applications using React.js, NodeJS, PHP, and its libraries such as Redux, Redux-Saga, ExpressJs, Laravel. You will also be responsible for profiling and improving performance and documenting the codebase. To ensure success as a Full Stack developer, you should have in-depth knowledge of Javascript (ES6 or above), NodeJS, PHP 7.x, MySQL and its concepts, excellent coding skills, and a good understanding of progressive web applications.

Full Stack Developer Responsibilities:

• Strong development experience in Java, JavaScript on Node.js
• Proficiency in full-stack web application development (MEAN stack)
• Strong programming skills with experience in design, coding, and testing
• Proficiency with relational databases such as MySQL
• Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors (such as Sass, based on project requirements)
• Good experience with AJAX, REST, and JSON
• Experience with AWS cloud services will be an added advantage
• Understanding of Source Control tools for version control: GIT/SVN

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• 2 - 6 years of hands-on experience developing, implementing, and delivering web applications
