Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Science Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will inspire curiosity, foster critical thinking, and promote hands-on learning in the sciences. You will be responsible for delivering engaging science instruction aligned with curriculum standards, assessing student progress, and creating a dynamic classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality science lessons in accordance with curriculum guidelines (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics, General Science)
• Develop and implement lab activities and experiments to enhance student learning
• Assess, evaluate, and report on student performance through tests, assignments, and projects
• Create a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies into lessons
• Participate in faculty meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress
• Manage classroom behavior and enforce school rules

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Developing new features and user interfaces from wireframe models
2. Build pixel-perfect smooth UIs across both mobile platforms
3. Ensuring the best performance and user experience of the application
4. Fixing bugs and performance problems
5. Writing clean, readable, and testable code
6. Coordinating with back-end developers, designers, and the rest of the team to deliver well-architected and high-quality solutions.
7. Knowledge of native android and iOS development would be an added advantage

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Experience with React Native mobile app development
2. 2+ year of flutter development experience is recommended
3. Experience in IOS preferred
4. A strong Node and JavaScript background
5. Must have built at least two Android and/or iOS apps with Flutter
6. Understanding of the Agile development life-cycle
7. Translating UI/UX designs into code
8. Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
9. Strong understanding of design patterns over and above MVP, MVVM, and MVC
10. Ability to learn and adapt as per the requirement and ready to face new challenges
11. Advanced debugging/testing/optimization
12. Networking and integrating third-party APIs
13. Working with a version control system (i.e., Git)

Nice to Have

1. Xcode and IOS applications
2. Knowledge on Blockchain

• Experience in Frameworks: Laravel/YII 2.0/CakePHP 3.0/Codeignitor, CMS: Wordpress/PrestaShop/Opencart
• Must have good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good Knowledge of OOPS, PHP, MVC frameworks, JavaScript frameworks - AngularJS/Node.js, GIT, MySql, CSS, AJAX, HTML5.
• Works as a Project Manager and reporting directly to CTO.
• Write error free code and follow coding standards. Able to perform Code Review job.
• Work closely with QA person to assist in testing process.
• Perform R&D tasks if assigned and communicate with Designer and UI team.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Taking leadership responsibilities and handle team well.
• Manage daily/weekly scrums.
• Strong Communication Skills.

• Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others

Skills and Experience :

• Onboarding companies for recruitment/placement solutions
• Candidates from recruitment agencies particularly dealing in IT staffing with experience in getting corporates onboarded will be highly preferred
• Connects with HRs from different industries and companies will be highly preferred
• Should have professional proficiency in English and Hindi
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual
• High sense of ownership and bias for action with willingness to get hands dirty
