In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of application and front-end / Back
end engineers to drive innovation in full-stack product development, while relentlessly
improving performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the mobile app, m-site, desktop, cloud infrastructure
• Back-end development teams and their assigned tasks
• Good understand of mobile app, JavaScript and Web architecture
• Monitor reliability, performance of all internal systems and suggest improvements
• Ensure compliance with security regulations
• Should be able to guide engineers for best UI performance of app, m-site and
website
• Manage software development by setting requirements, goals and timelines
• Design strategies for future development plans based on the company’s overall
objectives and resources

• Hire engineers and coordinate their training
• Implement innovative technologies
• Coordinate with external stakeholders for new integrations and tools

Requirements:
• Expert knowledge in performance, scalability, enterprise system architecture, and
engineering best practices.
• Experience with start-up will be a big plus.
• Technically Hands-on, prior experience with scalable Architecture managing team of
• (10+)Sr. Engineers / Engineers, and coaching mentoring while maintaining a handson role
with code development
• Started as a Software Engineer and worked with a wide range of technologies,
especially with the modern open source stacks
• Work experience as a Technical Architect/Senior Manager/ VP of Engineering or in a
similar leadership
position at an engineering department
• Extensive experience with both cloud/AWS and on premise technologies
• Big Data/ML experience is a plus
• Good understanding of agile methodologies
• Leadership abilities with a strategic mind
• Ability to mentor and grow engineering talent
• Excellent project management skill

• Responsible for the automation testing, test planning, and test script, in accordance to the customers’ requirements and organizational quality norms.
• Activities to be performed include:
  • Requirement analysis and design of software solutions based on requirements and architectural /design guidelines.
  • Testing of features and/or bug-fixing and delivering solutions in accordance with coding guidelines and on time with high quality.
  • Identification and implementation of unit and integration tests to ensure solution address customer requirements, and quality, security requirements of the product are met.
  • Performing code review and creation / support for relevant documentation (requirement/design/test specification).
  • Ensuring integration and submission of solution into software configuration management system, within committed delivery timelines.

 

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years experience in Manual and Automation Testing especially in professional software product development.
• Proficient in one or more of the following technologies: RESTful APIs, Selenium Web driver Automation with .NET, Java, or other object-oriented languages like NodeJS, Cypress, etc.
• Experience with all phases of software testing including test planning, functional testing, and regression testing.
• Experience in Test Planning, Scripting, and Execution
• Experience in Cloud Technology(Azure) is a plus
• Good knowledge of cross-platform rendering issues between major browsers.
• Must have good analytical, debugging ad tracing skills.
