Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced backend developer, who is proactive, a quick learner, and has a go-getter attitude to join our team. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality server-side web applications as well as for the integration of the front-end part. It is an individual contributor role wherein you would work with a small but highly competitive and effective team.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in the development of high-performance APIs.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Advanced debugging/testing/optimization skills.
• Analyze and maintain existing software applications.
• Design highly scalable, testable code.
• Discover and fix programming bugs.

Requirements:

• Prior work experience as a backend developer
• Hands-on experience in PHP, Node js, MySQL, REST APIs, MicroServices, Apache.
• Good understanding of technology-related products and services.
• Exposure to Azure/Google cloud, any PHP Framework and Angular is a plus
• BE/BTech Computers, MSc/MCA or similar
• Experience: 2 to 6 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:

• Design and develop engaging LMS course content, modules, and assessments.

Content Management:

• Upload, organize, and maintain course materials within the LMS.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work with subject matter experts and department heads to identify training needs and gather content.

Quality Assurance:

• Review and test course content to ensure it meets quality standards.

User Support:

• Provide guidance to learners and develop support materials like user guides and FAQs.

Evaluation and Improvement:

• Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback, and implement improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, HR, or related field.
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design for LMS.
• Proficiency with LMS software and e-learning authoring tools.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.

• Take lead on projects; all the way from leading kickoff sessions, research exercises, and presenting work to stakeholders throughout the process.
• Help the design team with user interfaces for all things at FamPay, including, but not limited to website, web app, mobile apps and physical products..
• Map user personas and desired actions. Be the Usability Champion.
• Work closely with Engineers. Document features for seamless handoff to design and development teams.

• Strong front-end development skills, experience with JavaScript libraries/frameworks mainly Angular JS Preferably Version 7 or Version 5
• Experience working with server-side JavaScript Frameworks and build tools (node.js, bower, grunt, gulp)
• Demonstrable experience developing large-scale applications using one or more MV* patterns (MVVM, MVC, MVP)
• Expertise in developing single page web applications using front-end routing, consuming JSON-based RESTful APIs, client-side templating
• Strong competency in responsive layouts leveraging CSS and media queries and related UI frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation)
• Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, LESS)

• Practical knowledge of web page optimization techniques and guidelines for fast page load times
