THE ROLE
DA is looking for a Sales Business Development Manager to oversee the planning and execution of Sponsorships, Collaborations, and Corporate Sales with a key focus on Esports, Employee Engagement and Training through Gamification.
You will report to the Head of Marketing and support in the development of long-term strategies as well as seasonal plans. You will liaise with internal departments, build marketing plans and oversee all projects to guarantee brand awareness.

Job Description:
3+ years in a similar role preferably in an Esports/Gaming brand or similar experience in dealing with corporate sales.
Master's degree in marketing, business or related fields, a master's is a plus.
Proven knowledge and interest in Esports culture and community.
Fluent in English written and spoken, this will be tested in the interview process.
Good use and knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Dynamic with excellent communication skills
Autonomous and able to work against close deadlines
Creative perspective with innovative ideas.
Problem solver with a great eye for detail

As the Sr. Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing cutting edge health-tech applications that include high scale transaction processing, intelligent bot-based programs, and data analytics
What you will do:
- Building components for the companys advanced health-tech platform using Java, Solr, SpringBoot, DialogFlow
- Communicating effectively in a cross-functional product development team and presenting ideas and solutions effectively
What you need to have:
- Education: B.Tech with Min. 65% marks
- Expert at hands-on programming in JAVA and J2EE
- Proven expertise in Java interfaces with MongoDB (or similar NoSQL databases) as well as relational databases (MySQL, Postgres, etc)
- Key contributor in atleast one 6+ months development project involving SpringBoot and Hibernate

2. Integrating back-end services with Angular/Node.js based front end needs
What you will do:
- Day to day sourcing for the region (Maharashtra and Gujrat)

Desired Candidate Profile
What you need to have:- Graduates from Tier 1/2 Engineering colleges/Post Graduate from Tier 1/2 Management colleges with good academic performance
- 4-8 years of frontline Operation/sourcing/channel management experience or P&L Management
- Strong leadership qualities to lead a large geographically spread team
- Ability to manage conflicts and good stakeholder management skills
- Multi-tasking capabilities and inter departmental coordination
- Product first mindset and relevant experience is a useful plus
- Experience in channel management in B2C space will be very useful
- A strong team sport background is a plus (showcasing the long term commitment and rigor)

About the Role:
What are we looking for:
1. 2+ years of experience with Java MVC frameworks like Spring / Dropwizard / Play and with

Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
· You will be involved in every part of the project lifecycle, right from identifying the business problem and proposing a solution, to data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing, to training and optimizing ML/DL models and deploying them to production.
· You will often be required to design and execute proof-of-concept projects that can demonstrate business value and build confidence with CloudMoyo’s clients.
· You will be involved in designing and delivering data visualizations that utilize the ML models to generate insights and intuitively deliver business value to CXOs.
Desired Skill Set:
· Candidates should have strong Python coding skills and be comfortable working with various ML/DL frameworks and libraries.
· Hands-on skills and industry experience in one or more of the following areas is necessary:
1) Deep Learning (CNNs/RNNs, Reinforcement Learning, VAEs/GANs)
