Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement state-of-the-art NLP, Computer Vision, Speech techniques.
• Collaborate with other AI researchers to develop innovative AI solutions and services to be used to improve our platform capabilities.
• Mentor and lead the experiments with other team members.
• Conduct research and experiments in deep learning, machine learning, and related fields to support the development of AI techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with experience in machine learning and data analysis.
• 2-4 years of industry experience in machine learning, with a strong focus on NLP and Computer Vision.
• Hands-on experience of ML model development and deploying.
• Experience working with training and fine-tuning LLM is a plus.
• Experience in audio/speech technologies is a plus.
• Strong programming skills in Python, node.js or other relevant programming languages.
• Familiarity with machine learning libraries, such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Conversational frameworks like Rasa, DialogFlow, Lex, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think out of the box.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Role : ServiceNow (ITSM +HRSD) Developer

Qualification :Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience : 5 to 8 years

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD solutions.
• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, and Employee Onboarding.
• Customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications to support ITSM and HRSD processes and automation.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and external platforms using APIs and web services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement ITSM and HRSD best practices, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational goals.
• Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations and customizations to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing necessary fixes or enhancements.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and ITSM/HRSD-specific features, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
• Collaborate with other developers, administrators, and business analysts to deliver integrated solutions that meet the needs of IT and HR departments.
• Document technical specifications, user guides, and standard operating procedures for ServiceNow applications and configurations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, and Employee Onboarding.
• Proficient in ServiceNow development and configuration, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripting using JavaScript.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration using APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with ITIL and HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and HR Service Delivery Implementation Specialist are highly desirable.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Rewrite existing APIs in NodeJS. 
• Remodel the APIs into Micro services-based architecture. 
• Implement a caching layer wherever possible. 
• Optimize the API for high performance and scalability. 
• Write unit tests for API Testing.
• Automate the code testing and deployment process.

Skills Required: 

• At least 3 years of experience developing Backends using NodeJS — should be well versed with its asynchronous nature & event loop, and know its quirks and workarounds. 
• Excellent hands-on experience using MySQL or any other SQL Database. 
• Good knowledge of MongoDB or any other NoSQL Database. 
• Good knowledge of Redis, its data types, and their use cases. 
• Experience with graph-based databases like GraphQL and Neo4j. 
• Experience developing and deploying REST APIs. 
• Good knowledge of Unit Testing and available Test Frameworks. 
• Good understanding of advanced JS libraries and frameworks. 
• Experience with Web sockets, Service Workers, and Web Push Notifications. 
• Familiar with NodeJS profiling tools. 
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git. 
• Good knowledge of creating and maintaining DevOps infrastructure on cloud platforms. 
• Should be a fast learner and a go-getter — without any fear of trying out new things Preferences. 
• Experience building a large scale social or location-based app.

Responsibilities 

• Generate, manage and forecast a sales pipeline on your own
• Navigate through complex sales cycles with some of the most prestigious companies in India
• Driving Business Growth Results for the company by efficient sales efforts. 
• Specifically Responsible for Sales growth amongst enterprise clients.
• Generate outbound leads, qualify leads and manage the conversion funnel 
• Provide demos to customers over web or in person, and answer first level technical questions 
• Prepare proposals, negotiate and close deals.
• Pitch PazCare product to CEOs, CHROs & senior executives in the meetings
• Study, analyze and track customer feedback to optimize the sales funnel and pricing 
• Coordinate with the marketing team for inbound leads and collateral 
• Working closely with the Founding team for developing business development strategy

Requirement

• Has at least 3-5 years of previous experience in selling Group health Insurance to corporates at a broking firm, and closed at least 10 policies worth 50 lakhs - 1 crore or more OR Has at least 3-5 years of previous experience to selling CHROs, CFOs in India.
