As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an experienced Account Manager who will serve as the strategic point of contact for our key enterprise and mid-market accounts, someone who can foster long-term client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure seamless project delivery in collaboration with our delivery, AI, and pre-sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

3. Build strong, lasting relationships with CXOs, business heads, and key stakeholders across client organizations.
4. Act as the primary point of contact for ongoing engagements, ensuring high client satisfaction and proactive communication.
5. Conduct regular QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and strategic check-ins with clients.

9. Own revenue targets for assigned accounts and work towards achieving growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
10. Identify opportunities to expand Valuebound’s footprint by understanding client pain points and aligning our capabilities (CMS, Digital Engineering, AI/ML, etc.).
11. Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to create tailored proposals and pitch new solutions.

16. Work closely with project managers, solution architects, and engineering leads to proactively mitigate risks or delivery challenges.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in a client-facing role within a technology services company.
• Prior experience managing enterprise and mid-market clients (mandatory).
• Proven track record in retaining and expanding key accounts.
• Exposure to international clients (especially US-based) is a strong plus.
• Understanding of digital transformation, CMS (Drupal/Adobe/WordPress), AI/ML, or custom product development services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields; MBA is a plus.
