Dynamics / Dataverse: Tables, forms, views, BPFs, security roles, solution management; plugins (C#), JS, web resources.

Power Automate: Cloud flows, connection references, error handling, admin controls (DLP, environment, capacity), and governance.

Copilot Extensibility: Building copilots or extending Microsoft Copilot experiences with custom actions/skills, connectors, and prompt-orchestration grounded in Dataverse/Azure Search.

Azure AI & Search: Azure OpenAI (GPT/embeddings), Cognitive/Vector Search, embedding strategies, chunking, hybrid/semantic search, and RAG patterns.

Integration: REST/Graph APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Eventing (Service Bus/Queues), OAuth2/AAD.

DevOps & ALM: Git/Azure DevOps, CI/CD for solutions and infrastructure (Bicep/ARM/Terraform good to have), release gates, secrets management.

Security & Compliance: RBAC, Managed Identity, Key Vault, data loss prevention, content filters/guardrails.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Delivery

Architect and implement AI-enabled apps using Dataverse, Model-Driven/Canvas Apps, and Power Automate with robust governance and environment strategies.

Build Copilot extensions (e.g., custom skills, plugins, connectors, prompts, grounding with Dataverse/Azure Search) to automate workflows and enhance user productivity.

Integrate Azure OpenAI Service / Azure AI Foundry models for summarization, classification, RAG, and copilots; implement guardrails, content filters, and prompt-engineering patterns.

Implement RAG pipelines using Azure Cognitive Search / Vector Search, embeddings, chunking, and grounding with enterprise data (SharePoint, Dataverse, Blob, SQL).

 Dynamics 365 / Dataverse

Configure entities/tables, relationships, BPFs, business rules, and security roles; ensure least-privilege access and compliant data boundaries.

Implement server-side logic (plugins, custom actions), client scripting (JavaScript), and web resources where required.

Validate and optimize solution layering, ALM, and environment promotion (DEV/UAT/PROD).

Power Automate & Admin Controls

Design resilient cloud flows with retry/exceptions, idempotency, and throttling strategies; govern DLP policies, environment strategies, and connection references.

Build/maintain custom connectors for internal/external systems (Graph, Dynamics, Azure Functions, REST).

 Azure AI & Integrations

Develop Azure Functions / Logic Apps for integration and orchestration; secure with Managed Identity and Key Vault.

Configure Cognitive Search indexers, skillsets, and vector stores; implement semantic ranking and hybrid search.

Instrument solutions with Azure Monitor / App Insights for telemetry, cost governance, safety events, and performance.

Quality, Security & Compliance

Enforce secure coding, data residency, PII handling, content safety, and RBAC across resources.

Create test strategies (unit, integration, functional), golden datasets/prompts, and evaluate LLM quality metrics (groundedness, precision/recall for RAG, hallucination rate).

Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and user enablement for AI features.

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our Business Development team focused on Trade Credit Insurance. The role involves identifying, soliciting, and acquiring large corporate accounts for trade credit solutions. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in driving strategic client acquisitions, fostering relationships with key decision-makers, and achieving revenue targets through value-driven insurance advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive acquisition of large and mid-size corporate clients for trade credit insurance solutions.

• Understand client requirements around credit, loans, working capital, and trade finance, and tailor insurance offerings accordingly.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including CFOs, Risk Managers, and Treasurers.

• Prepare and present compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and close high-value deals.

• Collaborate with internal teams and underwriters to structure solutions aligned with client needs.

• Maintain deep knowledge of trade credit products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

• Ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for acquired clients.

Experience Required:

• 5–10 years of proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in the Banking or Financial Services Industry

• Exposure to trade credit, loans, working capital management, and trade finance is essential

Skills Required:

• Strong corporate sales acumen with ability to handle long sales cycles and high-value deals

• Experience in B2B client engagement, solution selling, and account management

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Strong knowledge on Batch monitoring and scheduling experience of any of Control-M, autosys, D-Series scheduler tools. ?Build and validate job flows, calendar requirements, and scheduling criteria. ?Must be able to analyze business requirements procedures and problems to smooth migration of jobs flows and scheduled systems ?Should actively involve for any batch related issue and provide the fix before SLA. ?Knowledge of ITSM tools like service now, JIRA & Incident/Change Request process. ?Willing to provide the 24/7 support ?Ability to work on Mass schedule changes without any scheduling issue. ?Should perform Holiday schedule changes. ?Should know how to define or change the report.
