MANDATORY CRITERIA:

• It's a Contractual role for a particular project ongoing in the company, duration will be 1 year or may exceed as per the project requirement, After that the candidate will be kept on permanent role.
• The candidate will be on company's payroll only.
• Candidate should be comfortable for directly visiting and working with client's place.
• Immediate to 15 days joiner preferred
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Linux Device Driver development
• Strong experience with Linux kernel programming & memory management
• Experience with Zephyr OS / device driver model (porting bare-metal drivers).
• Familiarity with RTOS linux kernel internals and hardware protocols (They mainly use AXI protocol, i2c, spi).
• Strong knowledge of PCIe and DMA drivers
• Proficiency in C / C++ programming languages
• Experience working with hardware interfaces/protocols (AXI, I2C, SPI)

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Proven experience in developing Linux Device Drivers.
• Preferred experience in Zephyr (need to port bare metal drivers to zephyr OS/device driver model).
• Strong knowledge of PCIe and DMA drivers (Good to know Xilinx's IPs like AXI-DMA, XDMA etc).
• Expertise in Linux Memory Management.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages.
• Preferred familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS), linux kernel internals and hardware protocols (They mainly use AXI protocol, i2c, spi).

Immediate to 15 days joiners are preferrable we need to close it asap.

Role Objective

To lead and direct the Façade Design team in developing innovative, high-performance façade, glazing, and cladding solutions. This role is responsible for ensuring technical integrity, design excellence, quality control, and successful project delivery from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1. Design Leadership & Strategy

Lead the end-to-end design process for major façade projects, driving innovative concepts and technically sound solutions.

Provide strong technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to designers and engineers within the façade team.

Establish best practices, design standards, and strategic direction for façade development.

2. Technical Governance & Final Approval

Act as the final technical authority for reviewing and approving façade drawings, calculations, and specifications.

Ensure full compliance with architectural intent, structural and engineering requirements, and applicable local/international building codes.

Oversee system validation, constructability reviews, and risk assessments.

3. Team & Stakeholder Management

Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams to achieve defined milestones and project objectives.

Serve as the primary liaison between the design department, project execution teams, consultants, and clients.

Support business development efforts through technical presentations and solution proposals.

4. Innovation & Quality Assurance

Govern quality control procedures and conduct rigorous performance assessments of façade systems.

Stay updated with global industry trends, materials, technologies, and sustainability standards.

Drive innovation, cost optimization, and implementation of advanced façade engineering solutions.

Mandatory Candidate Profile

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or a closely related technical discipline (Mandatory).

Experience

7–10 years of progressive and extensive experience in façade design, including leadership responsibilities.

Technical Expertise

Expert proficiency in advanced CAD software and façade design tools.

Strong knowledge of façade materials and systems including glazing, cladding, aluminum systems, structural silicone glazing, unitized and stick systems.

Deep understanding of structural principles, thermal performance, waterproofing, wind load analysis, and relevant building codes.

As an Eloqua Email Specialist, you will play a critical role in Global Marketing Organization by

owning the end-to-end process of email campaign creation, execution, and optimization. This

includes designing product-focused marketing campaigns, building email, and managing Eloqua

campaign workflows to deliver exceptional customer engagement and measurable business

results.

An ideal candidate will bring extensive experience with Eloqua, proficiency in HTML,

JavaScript and CSS, and a strong understanding of product-based marketing. Your ability to

create responsive and dynamic designs, coupled with knowledge of email best practices, will

ensure campaigns resonate with target audiences and meet performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

 Email Campaign Development:

o Design and execute email marketing strategies, including promotional

campaigns, automated flows, and newsletters.

o Build and customize emails using advanced HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for

dynamic, visually appealing designs.

o Leverage Eloqua’s email editor and capabilities to develop emails tailored to

complex design requirements.

 Journey Campaigns Management:

o Manage email journey campaigns end-to-end, from strategy to execution,

ensuring seamless user experiences.

o Develop and implement lifecycle marketing workflows aligned with campaign

goals.

 Product-Focused Marketing:

o Collaborate with stakeholders to understand product offerings and create

campaigns that highlight key features and benefits.

o Translate product marketing strategies into compelling email content that drives

customer interest and action.

 Analytics and Optimization:

o Monitor and analyze key email metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and

provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.

o Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to refine strategies.

 Compliance and Deliverability:

o Ensure all campaigns comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and email marketing

regulations.

o Monitor and maintain list health, ensuring optimal deliverability.

 Collaboration:

o Work with internal stakeholders (regional leads, web infrastructure, and GTM

teams) to ensure alignment with branding and business priorities.

o Partner with design teams to create engaging visual content that resonates with

target audiences.

 Innovative Trends:

o Stay updated on industry trends and apply new ideas to improve campaign

effectiveness and design.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

 Proficiency in Eloqua, with the ability to fully leverage and customize the platform’s

capabilities.

 Advanced HTML design skills, including responsive design and interactive elements.

 Strong JavaScript coding expertise for creating dynamic and personalized email content.

 Demonstrated experience in product-based marketing, crafting campaigns that align

with product strategies and target audience needs.

 Experience managing complex email journey campaigns from concept to execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.

 Eloqua Master’s Course Certification from Oracle.

 Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and email compliance best practices.

 Strong analytical and organizational skills with a creative problem-solving mindset.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js.

Build and optimize Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) with offline capabilities, push notifications, and responsive design.

Implement mobile-first features and ensure cross-device compatibility.

Handle app packaging and distribution for various platforms (e.g., Android, iOS via PWA standards).

Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Design, build, and maintain a scalable component library to promote UI consistency and reusability across projects

Ensure cross-platform optimization and responsiveness of applications.

Optimize application performance and loading times.

Integrate APIs and manage state using modern tools (e.g., Redux, Context API).

Implement and manage push notifications and background sync features.

Advocate for and implement best practices in UI architecture, including modularity, theming, and performance optimization.

Stay up to date with the latest trends in Web development and PWA capabilities.

Hospitality services domain experience is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies and software development best practices.

Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

Developer – Golang 

Responsibilities: 

• An individual contributor who will be part of the Software R&D team working on the following areas 

• Backend work in Golang, Micro services architecture 

• Work with internal team and customers to deliver solutions that will meet the customer needs with respect to the performance security, scalability and functionality. 

• Implementation of API and authentication methods using JWT

Skills 

• 2-5 years of experience in Go programming language 

• Strong experience in working with Goroutine and channel patterns
