About Pocketful (Fintech Division of Pace)
Founded by IIM-Ahmedabad, Yale, and Columbia alumni, Pocketful is a new-age Fintech broking platform, aimed at making financial markets accessible for all. We're constantly innovating and working on a disruptive platform. The team is highly skilled, young, and extremely hungry and we are looking for folks who fit this persona. We are backed by one of India's leading stock brokers Pace Stock Broking Services.
Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager or Tech Lead to join our dynamic team in the fintech industry, focusing on stockbroking solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and leadership experience, with proficiency in our tech stacks: React.js, Flutter, Golang, and MongoDB.
- Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and security are followed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead.
- Strong technical expertise in React.js, Flutter, Golang, and MongoDB.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in the fintech industry, particularly in stockbroking, is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a technical management role.
- Bachelor's degree in Technology
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
