Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective clients; cold calling, emailing, follow-up and resolve any concerns/problems.
- Prepare and present proposals to qualifying companies on import/export opportunities.
- Understanding the market and its needs, product selection, sending prices, taking new orders, and sending samples, catalogues etc.
- Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to address any issues/problems or concerns.
- Keep abreast of opportunities in various countries through ongoing communication with contacts.
- Provide reqular feedback to the management on existing/ new opportunities and implement discussed action plans to capitalise on the opportunities.
Requirements
- Masters of Business Administration degree.
- Well versed in English
- Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities:
As a member of the development group, you will be primarily responsible for the design, development,
and maintenance of the product:
• Help define and create full-stack architecture and deployment using React- Django-AWS in an
an agile environment with lots of ownership and active mentoring
• Work with the Product and Design teams to build new features to solve business problems and fill

Position Description:
Our sales professionals focus on face to face sales presentations as they provide our clients an
opportunity to know IndiaMART & value addition IndiaMART can bring to their respective business.
This position allows you to build new clients for the organization, build rapport and trust in both yourself and the company. Our top sales professionals are passionate and driven in order to produce top results, all the while maintaining integrity.
The job encompasses complete P&L responsibility of a Branch comprising of 20-30 people. He shall be responsible to plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth of new client acquisition in line with the laid down processes. The role will involve recruiting & managing direct sales force in the Branch, increasing the productivity level & overall efficiency of the sales team and ensuring target achievement as per the defined targets.
Job Summary:
- Monitoring and analysis of key data of the region allocated including sales figures, sales personnel, productivity ratios, client’s work status and receivables.
- Accurately forecasts weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue streams.
- Identifying the opportunity & problem areas, preparing the action plan for achieving the key
- sales figures and presenting the Branch Sales reports. Actively driving and ensuring sale target
- achievement, management of sales support function and timely work completion of customers.
- Recruit, develop & ensure Retention of respective team by formulating their development plans, meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.
- Record performance metrics and monitoring key parameters to increase the overall productivity of the sales personnel.
- Drive performance incentive structure and sales promotion schemes.
- Collecting market feedback and provide periodic updates to the management for formulation of policy & strategy.
- To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for the company’s products and services.
- To set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on daily basis with his/her team.
- To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to timebound closure.

Candidate need to handle the ticket raised by the team, where they asked to perform the operations on database. Once ticket get’s solved they need to update team for the same.
What would be the key responsibilities expected out of this role

3) Prepare documentations and specifications
4) Handle common database procedures such as upgrade, backup, recovery, migration, etc.

- To be responsible for overall service satisfaction, coordination with customers and service professionals, and follow-up throughout the relocation service cycle.

- Contact transferee immediately upon receipt of new initiation.

- Ensure all follow-ups with internal/ external customers are made within reasonable time on a regular basis.
- Ensure all transferee records in databases are kept updated and complete at all times.
- Provide full notes on all cases handled. Manage and maintain electronic data and relevant documents in the physical files.
- Provide information for reports in a timely manner when requested.
- Ensure sending and collection of RSQS (Relocation Services Quality Survey) feedback
- Ensure timely updates of Job Log Sheets for each month.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing/ billing.
- To receive and acknowledge all related vendor bills, get the same approved by the Manager To create appropriate Account Payable entries in the job costs and forward the approved bills to Accounts, for processing vendor payment.

- Very good written and spoken English. Knowledge of foreign languages highly desirable.
