About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive Product & Project Manager to lead product planning and project execution. You will work closely with leadership and engineering teams to define product requirements, manage project timelines, prioritize backlogs, and ensure successful on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and delivery schedules.
• Translate business goals into product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize product backlogs and maintain roadmaps.
• Coordinate with Backend, Frontend, and AI teams to ensure timely execution.
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
• Track progress, resolve blockers, and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Required Qualifications :

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or a hybrid PM role.
• Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong project estimation, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with AI/ML products.
• Startup or fast-paced product company experience.
• PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus.

• Design and develop a comprehensive website using Next.js, integrating both client-side and server-side architecture.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with team members, including designers and project managers, to translate business and user requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement robust security and data protection measures.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into operations and practices.
• Conduct testing to identify bugs and technical issues before and after deploying.
• Document development processes, code changes, and other technical information for reference and reporting.

• Set the vision, roadmap, and direction for the Customer Data Platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders and different teams from the organization to collect data, identify gaps, and create functional requirements.
• Champion customer data platform workshops and user adoption.
• Planning & execution ofonline campaigns on Marketing Automation tools (like Webengage,Clevertap) which includes email, SMS, Push Notifications, inApp notification, Onsite Promotions, Users Journeys etc.
• Responsible for Post-Install Conversion rates, User Engagements across primary Lines of Businesses & Other Health Metrics
• Use Segmentation, Personalization & Dynamic Content to drive the Multi-Channel & Multi-Device Communication strategy via Marketing Automation Tool to enable scale
• Implementation of the Marketing Automation Tools(Webengage/clevertap) - A Single Cross Channel Unified Platform to handle Data Aggregation (Search, Transaction & Analytics driven)
• Reactivation of inactive user base through various online marketing channels
• Work closely with Tech, Product, & Revenue Team to execute Engagement/ Retention Activities
• Using marketing automation on Webengage/clevertap to build hyper personalized dynamic content campaigns basis real time user triggers

• Key responsibilities:

  • Creation of stunning web and mobile apps design;
  • Conducting UX research (personas development, user interviews, creation of user stories, validation of the research results);
  • Updating the design system.

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in UI/UX design or Product design (not a graphic designer)
  • Intermediate Figma skills
  • Fluency in English

We are looking for a senior .NET Core professionals with 2+ years of development experience, who thrive on challenges and desires to make a real difference in the business world.

You are required to have skills in the following areas:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in. NET Core  development.
• Knowledge and Hands-on experience of at least 2 years on ASP.Net, C#, MS SQL Server, Restful, C# 3.5/4.0, MVC
• Desirable Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Solid understanding of best practices in web application development.
• Exceptional attention to detail and design.
