 Equity Advisor/Equity Dealer

Job Purpose : These are individuals who are experienced in the stock markets and have requisite skills for acquiring big ticket clients and advise them on their decisions on the stock market & execute client trade on the terminal (Acquisition & Dealing).

Role description –

• Reactivation of clients & acquisition of new clients – open market acquisition, cold calling, through referrals
• Trade on behalf of clients
• Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers
• Responsible for reactivation of dormant clients. Ensure growth in clientele by converting leads
• Acquisition of De-mat / Trading account from open market and leads (Offline & Online)
• Conduct lead generation activities for sales penetration
• Meeting & pitching customers
• Generate Equity Business and maintain strong client relationships.
• To ensure adherence to surveillance, risk & deal desk processes

Expectations from Dealers/Trade advisors –

• Experienced professionals in acquiring and trading for HNIs' (High Net worth Individuals 25 lakhs and above & UHNI's (Deals in Crores)
• Capable of acquiring big ticket margin (min. 1 lac margin)
• Capable of servicing & leveraging relationship with HNI clients
• In-depth Knowledge about trading in Derivatives
• Have a strong & disciplined approach to Sales
• To work in a compliant and diligent manner
• Mandatory to have NISM Series 8 certification – Equity Derivatives Certificate Examination.

 Selection Criteria’s:

• Minimum 2 Years’ experience is Mandatory
• Dealing experience is must - achieving min 4X of revenue targets in the existing Organization.
• Currently managing or interested in Client Acquisition (sales)
• Should have completed 10+2+3 years of education (Mandate)
• Below 30 age for Dealers
• CTC range – 3 Lakhs to 6 Lakhs (Depends on Experience and Potential of the candidate) -Dealer Role
• NISM 8 certification – Equity Derivatives mandatory
• Advising clients with regards to their Investment in Equity & Derivative Market, Place orders on their behalf.
• Building relationships with the client & educating them about Investments.
• Responsible for achieving brokerage.

Minimum Qualifications:

Hands-on technical expertise and management experience.

8+ years of people management experience.

Demonstrated experience to recruit and manage technical teams, including team

performance management.

Must have relevant experience in designing, building, maintaining, and extending large

scale production systems.

Have deep expertise in React.js, Node JS and MongoDB.

Strong software engineering skills and best practices including experience with a

modern agile development and deployment workflow.

Proven leadership skills; courage to challenge with candor, motivate and inspire teams.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, for both technical and non-technical

audiences.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Developing, test, deploy and release new user-facing features

- Setting up continuous delivery and continuous improvement in front-end development,

- Developing scalable, reusable components and front-end libraries,

- Translating UI designs and UX wire-frames into high-quality codes

- An advocate of general engineering best practices such as domain-driven code architecture, encapsulation, separation of concerns, single responsibility, clean code practices, etc.

A knack for writing clean, readable React-Native code

- Understanding and grasp of Agile development and Scrum practices

7 years of Experience in React Native.

Develop firmware, system software for medical devices\ Automotive ECUs\ IoT edge devices & gateways.  Implement the logic and protocols and communications on 32-bit microcontrollers, configure OS, timers, tasks, interrupts, and communicate with external modems, SoCs, trans-receivers to design, code, and test desired functionality as per customer requirements

Job Requirements :

• Hands-on experience in firmware development using C language
• Hands-on experience in writing low-level device drivers for microcontrollers
• Know of real-time Operating system concepts, tasks, and interrupts’ configuration
• Hands-on experience with in-circuit debuggers
• Knowhow of wired and wireless communication protocols 
• Basic understanding of HW circuits, power supply designs, sensors, and actuators’ interfaces
• Experience in implementing SW development quality processes like ISO 9001 or ASPICE
• Good written and oral communication skills
