What will you do?

1. Plan, organize, and launch email marketing campaigns for clients (mainly in the USA)
2. List management and customer segmentation 
3. Creating landing pages (using Drag and Drop landing page builders such as ClickFunnels) 
4. Configuring third party integrations 
5. A/B testing and conversion rate optimization using email marketing best practices 
6. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly email performance reports
7. Provide timely support to clients ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction 

What do we expect you to be?

• Conversant with digital marketing concepts such as Conversion Rate Optimization, A/B Testing, and Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager
• Proficient in using Good sheet, Google doc, Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, and basic design/image editing software/tools 
• Keen learner with ability to grasp new concepts quickly 
• Well-versed in using marketing technology (martech)
• Decent command over written and spoken english
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript 
• Understanding of CMS and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Wordpress, Megento, Squarespace etc.

• Manage the team to get the assigned task done on time adhering the SLA.

• Able to solve and coordinate RCA and support during critical system behaviour.
• Audit Experience. 
• Detailed Technical experience in SAP BASIS and HANA systems administrations. 
• Experience in setting up System Replications, High Availability and Disaster recovery. 
• Possess leadership qualities. 
• Proven track record of Client handling. 
• Knowledge of SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud is desirable.

• Any Experience in SAP tools (SPC, LVM, etc.) will be advantage

• Be responsible for building complex and take high- scale systems
• Prototype new gameplay ideas and concepts
• Develop server tools for game features and live operations
• Be one of three backend engineers on our small and fast moving team
• Work alongside our C++, Android, and iOS developers
• Contribute to ideas and design for new features

To be successful in this role, we'd expect you to…:-

• Have 3+ years of experience in Python development
• Be familiar with common database access patterns
• Have experience with designing systems and monitoring metrics, looking at graphs.
