Job Description

Job Title: Information Designer

Location: Chennai

Compensation: negotiable (Commensurate with experience)

Experience: 4-7 Years

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Specializing in tech presentations
2. Create visually appealing and informative slides
3. Break down complicated concepts into simpler terms and use visuals to illustrate points.
4. Use storytelling techniques to keep the audience interested and involved.
5. Adjust the level of detail of the presentation to suit different audiences

Excellent communication with good typing skills.

• Generate leads and establish contact with businesses that may be interested in our products or services through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present products or services 
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to provide more information, address concerns, and nurture the relationship

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and build application for iOS platforms
• Writing well designed, testable, efficient code by using the best software development practices
• Responsible for working on iOS frameworks, Xcode, Swift, Rxswift, Xcode SDK Platform tools
• Responsible to work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Create and maintain software documentation
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities

As a Product Growth Intern with a focus on User Engagement, you will play a crucial role in connecting with our user base to gather valuable insights. Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to users, arranging meetings, and conducting discussions to deeply understand their experiences, issues, and needs. These insights will directly contribute to our product development and growth strategies.

• Proactively reach out to users through various channels to arrange meetings or interviews.
• Conduct user interviews and meetings to gather feedback on their experiences, issues, and needs regarding our product.
• Analyze user feedback to identify common trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the product management team to translate user insights into actionable product strategies.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a user feedback loop to continually engage with our user community.
• Support the creation of user personas and journey maps to better understand and address user needs.
• Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and engineering to implement user-centered growth initiatives.
• Prepare and present reports on user feedback and insights, and their implications for product growth.

• Develop and execute engineering strategy (including technology architecture, development stack, scalability, security etc.) of all our SaaS solutions while keeping in mind needs of business as usual and evolving product feature requirements

• Microservices, Spring Boot, Core Java, Struts 2.0, JPA & Hibernate

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech from Tier 1 Institute

MUST HAVE

• Design and implementation of the overall web architecture using React.js, Node.js, Mongo DB and AWS Lambda and Python
• Must have good knowledge of API
• Deployment and maintenance of AWS infrastructure -- Kubernetes, EC2, S3, Lambda
• Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability
• Integrating our front-end UI with the constructed API
• Design and implementation of continuous integration
• Working knowledge of web-based application architectures and frameworks (including React) and the way it integrates with services.
