Roles & Responsibilities

• Set, Plan & Implement various engagement activities.
• Defining & developing a community Management Strategy.
• Organizing various Community building initiatives to cultivate & grow participation in various community Forums.
• Creating Content such as blogs, posts, articles, newsletters, and material for social media channels.

What we are looking for

• At least 0 to 8 years of related experience in Community/ Public Relation Management or Event Management, with product-based or start-up will be plus.
• Degree: MBA with Event Management as specialization will be added on
• Having prior experience with Community Management.
• You are a people person and can empathize and build rapport with others easily.
• You have strong interpersonal skills and can build relationships with and influence stakeholders.
• You have event management skills and can handle several multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, evolving environment.

• Work on Migrating sensitive customer data from a third-party investment platform or Excel to SyndicationPro with minimal supervision.
• Understand the client’s needs and set up the SyndicationPro platform to meet customer expectations.
• Analyze customer expectations and data to share an expected completion time.
• To manage multiple migrations at the same time to ensure migrations are completed within the stipulated time.
• Work closely with internal and customer-facing teams to deep dive on a customer migration request and workflow using our systems to ensure nothing falls to the bottom of the to-do list
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking the output.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax, JSON and responsive design
• Having knowledge in NodeJS, Angular, ReactJS and other technologies is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Good knowledge in SQL programming and writing store procedures.
• Prior knowledge or able to quickly adapt to MS SQL Server
• Able to contribute as a team member and individually.
• Good knowledge of version control tools (Bit Bucket or GIT) and coding standards
• Having knowledge in system design and architect is a plus.
• Knowledge in RESTFUL web API services

Working Days:  5 Days work week

Location: Preferably Trichy but open to any location within Tamil Nadu and Bangalore.
