Engineering Manager

We're looking for a talented and client-focused Salesforce Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions tailored to our clients’ unique needs.

Role Overview:

As a Salesforce Consultant, you will work directly with clients to understand their business requirements, configure and customize Salesforce solutions, and ensure successful deployment. Your deep Salesforce expertise and strategic mindset will be instrumental in delivering high-impact CRM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations and enhancements for clients across industries.
• Conduct discovery workshops to gather and document business requirements.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals and best practices.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation rules.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, developers, and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-deployment support.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend system improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Consultant, Admin, or Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CRM workflows.
• Hands-on experience with configuration (custom objects, flows, validation rules, etc.).
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and Salesforce configurations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• 5-8 years of experience as a Java/J2EE developer.
• 1-3 years of experience with Angular / React is desirable.
• 1-3 years of experience in using Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Thorough knowledge of server-side development.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Good understanding of web services (WSDL SOAP, RESTful).
• Hands-on experience in using Application Servers like WebSphere.
• Expertise in relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server).
• E-commerce domain knowledge is desirable.
• Prior experience in developing desktop and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with common stacks.
• Knowledge of multiple frontend languages and libraries, like HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery.
• Experience in implementation of Microservices
• Experience with AWS (S3, SQS, SNS, ECS, EC2, ALB, API Gateway, Lambda, etc.) is highly desirable
• Good understanding of Docker & Kubernetes is highly desired.
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgresSQL), web servers (Apache), and UI/UX designs.

• Design and build strong, resilient, and robust APIs, libraries, and tools to power customers, engineers, and operations
• Own functionality and scalability features by taking responsibility from inception to post-deployment.
• Be responsible for full software development life-cycle - design, development, testing, operating in production
• Uphold our high engineering standards and bring consistency to the codebases, infrastructure, and processes you will encounter.
• Serve as technical lead, contributing to and directing the execution of complex projects with other engineers
• Mentor software engineers and set the standard for the next generation of Finly engineers
• Proactively identify and prioritize improvements to the team's processes, codebases and best practices

• 3 to 6 years' experience creating libraries and designing scale-able backend systems
• Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with software engineering development cycles
• Experience working with backend programming languages (Ruby, Python)
• Ability to hold yourself and the team to high standards
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide in-depth evaluation of multiple technical directions and determine trade-offs of each
• Strong propensity to make data-driven decisions on technical architecture and project prioritization

Job Description:

• Strong Coding skills in C#, .NET with Windows for 4 to 8 years is mandatory
• Experience in OOPS, Design Patterns, UML Modelling is a must
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment is needed
• Basic Knowledge of SAFe, its Jargons minimally in theory
• Ability to build Ramp up Plans and Bring Teams up to Speed
