We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive who can help NeoGenCode generate leads, build strong client relationships, and grow the business through strategic outreach and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, experienced in B2B sales, and comfortable using digital platforms for lead generation and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and other channels
- Reach out to potential clients and set up meetings or discovery calls
- Understand client requirements and present NeoGenCode’s services accordingly
- Maintain and grow relationships with prospects and existing clients
- Prepare proposals, company presentations, and follow-up messages
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain CRM or lead tracking sheets with proper updates
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Support digital marketing efforts to build brand awareness and generate leads
- Manage outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email marketing, and other B2B channels
- Coordinate content ideas for social media, website, and branding materials
- Help in positioning NeoGenCode as a trusted IT/offshore development partner
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential target industries
- Assist in building marketing strategies for client acquisition and retention
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and CRM tools is a plus
- Basic understanding of IT services, software development, or offshore staffing will be preferred
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in dealing with clients
- Good presentation and follow-up skills

- Experience in IT services sales / software services sales

The Senior Manager - Demand Generation - will report to the CEO and will be responsible for generating an agreed number of qualified leads via outbound prospecting. To achieve this, the individual will build and lead a team of business development Associates who will reach out to customers via LinkedIn In-mails, Emails, Cold Calling, and WhatsApp messages.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
1. Commit a certain number of qualified leads to the management on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
2. Build and lead a team of Business Development Associates to drive the committed number.
What do we look for?
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B lead generation via outbound.
2. Should have worked in a company selling SaaS products of ticket size of approximately Rs. 40k to Rs. 100k per month (MRR) in India.
3. Bonus if you have two or more years of B2B sales experience.
4. Should have hired and led a team of at least 5 people.
5. Should have had at least 3 years of experience working in a B2B SaaS company.
6. Should have taken up Lead Generation goals/targets in the past.

Responsibilities
- Work with large and complex blockchain data sets and derive investment relevant metrics in close partnership with financial analysts and blockchain engineers.
- Apply knowledge of statistics, programming, data modeling, simulation, and advanced mathematics to recognize patterns, identify opportunities, pose business questions, and make valuable discoveries leading to the development of fundamental metrics needed to evaluate various crypto assets.
- Build a strong understanding of existing metrics used to value various decentralized applications and protocols.
- Build customer facing metrics and dashboards.
- Work closely with analysts, engineers, Product Managers and provide feedback as we develop our data analytics and research platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience (or) degree in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Management Science)
- 3+ years experience with data analysis and metrics development
- 3+ years experience analyzing and interpreting data, drawing conclusions, defining recommended actions, and reporting results across stakeholders
- 2+ years experience writing SQL queries
- 2+ years experience scripting in Python
- Demonstrated curiosity in and excitement for Web3/blockchain technologies
