Position Overview

We are looking for a Product Management Associate to support our product team in researching customer needs, analyzing market trends, documenting product requirements, and supporting the development and improvement of technology products.

This is an entry-level opportunity for fresh graduates interested in product management, technology, business analysis, and customer-centric problem solving.

You will work closely with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and other business teams to understand problems, identify opportunities, and support product initiatives from idea to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor research to understand industry trends and product opportunities
• Research customer needs, pain points, and use cases
• Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements
• Support the preparation of product requirement documents, user stories, feature specifications, and process documentation
• Work with product managers and engineering teams to track product features and enhancements
• Assist in maintaining product roadmaps, feature trackers, and product documentation
• Analyze customer and product feedback to identify improvement opportunities
• Support product testing and validation of new features before release
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements and product updates are clearly communicated
• Assist in preparing product presentations, demos, and internal product documentation
• Track product-related metrics and prepare reports to support decision-making
• Research emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and industry developments relevant to the company's products
• Support other product management initiatives based on business requirements

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong interest in product management, technology, SaaS, eCommerce, or business analysis
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand business problems and translate them into structured requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools
• Comfortable learning new technology and product management tools
• Basic understanding of software products or technology concepts is an advantage

Job Description – Manager Commercial

Key Responsibilities:

 Strategy & Planning: Developing, improving, and implementing marketing plans and strategies for organization’s products & services. Identify

opportunities to expand the business, through partnerships, and new markets.

 Business Analysis: Analysing current business trends, top performing

agents, sector-wise agent wise yields monitoring & reporting. Analyse sales,marketing, and other reports to gain insights into how to improve performance and maximize growth.

 Market Research & Analysis: Analysing market trends and monitor

competitor activities, evaluate trade lane economics, and forecast market demand.

 Collaboration: Working with sales and other teams to align efforts.

 Process Analysis & Optimization: Map current workflows, identify

bottlenecks, and propose streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Assess risks involved with new initiatives, ensure deadlines are met and be ready to handle unexpected situations

Qualification & Skills:

 MBA preferred but not necessary with relevant experience.

 Must have at least 5 years of experience in business development, customer management, sales or related field.

 Excellent communication (written, verbal, presentation), networking, and interpersonal skills.

 Strong analytical skills.

 Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.

 Superb negotiation capabilities.

 Must be team oriented and results focused.
