We are looking for a skilled Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized marketing journeys, automation workflows, and multi-channel campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

This role requires strong expertise in APIs, scripting, and data handling to build scalable, personalized customer experiences.

Must-Have Skills :

• API Integration
• Strong SQL skills

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact at our studio. This role goes beyond managing the front desk—it is about creating a welcoming and professional experience for clients, visitors, and partners. The right candidate will be warm, approachable, well-spoken, and skilled at handling calls, appointments, and administrative coordination with efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner
• Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Schedule and manage client appointments
• Coordinate courier and delivery activities
• Provide basic administrative support to the team as needed

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Strong MVCC frontend development experience in Angular, React, Vue, Angularjs, REDUX, or similar frameworks
• Strong foundation skills in HTML, CSS, SASS, LESS, SCSS, Javascript, OO Javascript (OOJS), and JQuery

Position description:

• Understand business needs and apply analytical concepts on customer data to provide business solutions
• Seek out opportunities for optimizing digital products (App) and improve the performance of campaigns
• Analyze business data and draw inferences
• Provide analysis based on business objectives and initiatives
• Analyzing Mobile App traffic using clickstream tools 
• Provide holistic analysis by combining data from different data sources (App Analytics, Business data, etc.)
• Responsible for analysis, development plans, timely communication, on-time delivery of projects, and quality of project deliverables
• provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform business and product analytics, using BI, SQL, Excel, and data analytics, etc.

Required Skills:

• Must be able to draw conclusions from data and present those to internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of Excel and SQL
• Knowledge of Tableau or other Business Intelligence tools would be an added advantage
• Experience in BFSI segment preferred
• Knowledge of marketing campaigns is a plus
• Experience in creating custom reports & dashboards

Basic Qualifications

Candidates for this role must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• At least three years of experience writing production code of increasing complexity
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, complexity analysis, data structures, problem solving, and object-oriented analysis and design
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: Java, C, C++, C#, Ruby, Scala, Python
• Experience refactoring code and evolving architectures
• Experience crafting unit, integration, functional and regression tests

 Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science or a related field
• Experience developing in a Linux environment
• Experience applying service-oriented architecture techniques to production use cases
• Experience in developing secure, multi-platform mobile applications
