Job Description

Position: ML Engineer

Experience: Experience 4+ years of relevant experience

Location :  WFO (3 days working) Pune – Kharadi

Employment Type:  contract for 3-5 months-Can be extended basis performance and future requirements

Skills Required:

  • Building and maintaining pipelines for model development, testing, deployment, and monitoring. 

• Automating repetitive tasks such as model re-training, hyperparameter tuning, and data validation. 

• Developing CI/CD pipelines for seamless code migration. 

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure proper integration of models into production systems. 

Key Skills 

• 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying ML models in production. 

• Strong programming skills in Python (with familiarity in Bash/Shell scripting). 

• Hands-on experience with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, or Airflow. 

• Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS SageMaker or equivalent. 

• Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools like Jenkins, Git, or Terraform. 

• Understanding of versioning systems for data, models, and code. 

• Solid understanding of MLflow, ML services, model monitoring, and enabling logging services for performance tracking

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization within office premises
• Delivering and retrieving documents as required by staff
• Handling office maintenance tasks such as restocking supplies
• Assisting with office clerical duties including filing and photocopying
• Preparing and serving beverages to office staff and visitors
• Managing the disposal of waste and recycling practices

Job Responsibilities:

1.Make 20 Calls each day to filter and qualify leads as per the program suitability

2.Conduct min of 18 zoom meetings/walk-ins each week for qualified and interested candidates

3.Conduct minimum of 10 assessments each week against the shortlisted and thereby interested for enrolment candidates alone

4.Facilitate the entry level assessment and result discussions with the concerned as instructed by the reporting head
5.Bring in 3 closures each week of meticulously either full sale value or of part payments

6.Exhibit effective client relations and bring in passive income by creating referral database

7.Conduct in person meetings with walk-ins client as assigned

8.Maintain up-to-date MIS reporting (call logs, sales summary sheet, target tracker & Selection list Superr’30). And adapt to any new addition to the list.
9.Ensure 20 closures of 100 qualified leads assigned in a month
10.Attend all weekly review meetings and come prepared with the sales review summary report
11.Liaison efficiently with back-end operations for hassle free client handling and ensure client is informed with no discrepancy of his best chances and impact of our services

12.Attend all training programs as and when requested by the reporting head

13.Facilitate new joiner training programs as instructed by the head.

14.Participate in marketing initiatives as and when required.

We are looking for a Node.js Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

The Candidate should have knowledge and experience with specified technologies:

• Great at building server-side code in NodeJs & ExpressJs
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
• Experience in building and consuming REST API
• Authentication and authorisation using JWT tokens
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• DevOps knowledge especially in AWS EC2 and S3
• Knowledge of headless Chrome, Puppeteer will be huge plus
• Experience in HTML, CSS
• Understanding of React will be a bonus
