As we scale new products, verticals, and partnerships, we’re looking for a Chief of Staff who can operate fast, force-multiply the leadership team and make sure the company moves fast without breaking things
This is a high-trust, high-ownership role for someone who loves context-switching, solving problems before they escalate and turning chaos into clarity.
What You’ll Own:
1. Strategic Thought Partnership
- Work directly with the Founder as a thinking partner: ideating, problem-solving, and pressure-testing decisions.
- Break down ambiguous problems, run analyses, and translate them into clear recommendations.
- Turn strategy into actionable OKRs and ensure org-wide alignment on priorities.
2. Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead and manage high-impact projects end to end, new product launches, partnerships, special initiatives, internal transformations, etc.
- Build project plans, dashboards, and execution frameworks that keep things moving without constant follow-ups.
- Track deliverables, ensure accountability, and keep momentum across all workstreams.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Liaise with Design, Product, Engineering, Growth, HR, and Operations to ensure everyone is aligned and moving in sync.
- Drive clarity in communication, eliminate bottlenecks, and make sure teams understand expectations and deadlines.
4. People & Talent Support
- Source, screen, and onboard top candidates for key roles across the org.
- Partner with recruiters to ensure critical roles are filled and projects stay on track.
5. Rapid Problem-Solving & Firefighting
- Jump into urgent tasks when required fixing escalations, unlocking decisions, and unblocking teams.
- Solve issues before they reach the Founder’s desk, while keeping all stakeholders informed.

- 4-7+ years in consulting / founder’s office/ chief of staff / strategy roles.

Job Specification –
Senior Executive - Vendor Management
Experience: 4 to 6 years in vendor management, procurement operations, or strategic sourcing.
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT/non-IT procurement, contract management, and compliance.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in vendor evaluation, cost analysis, and performance metrics.
Stakeholder Management: Skilled in coordinating with internal departments and external partners.
Negotiation & Communication: Excellent negotiation, documentation, and relationship management skills.
Process Orientation: Experience with vendor onboarding, SLAs, and governance processes.
Tech Proficiency: Working knowledge of Salesforce will be added advantage and data-driven decision-making.

Team Performance – Lead and drive consistent results with 3-5 quality verified CV submission per position within 12 hours.
Vendor Onboarding & Compliance – Ensure timely vendor registration, documentation, and adherence to policy.
Performance Management – Monitor vendor SLAs, conduct periodic reviews, and drive performance improvement.
Cost Optimization – Achieve measurable savings through effective negotiation and vendor consolidation.
Process Governance – Ensure timely update of records on Salesforce & Maintain transparency and audit readiness in vendor data, contracts, and payments.
Risk Management – Identify and mitigate risks related to vendor reliability, compliance, and quality.

POSITION SUMMARY
Essential Skills & Key Responsibilities
- Expertise in P2P domain which includes Procurement and Account Payables and Fusion
- P2P functional implementation experience including Interfaces & RICE objects with other legacy applications.
- Leading the business analysis capability in the procurement space, building excellent business connect, influencing and negotiating between tech and business.
- Capture & clarification of business requirements through a range of analysis techniques for the Business (data flow diagrams, case tool analysis, gap analysis and work & process flow diagrams)
- Function as a techno-functional resource and assist in designing solutions for business
- Understand the business data in depth, analyse key performance indicators and use the same to analyse the requirements further
- Obtaining agreement on business analysis deliverables and ensuring that they meet all the requirements of the business
- Proactively working with business to identify, define, and clarify the scope / issues in terms of complex business/systems requirements.
- Identify options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability/feasibility
- Working with business to capture & clarify business requirements & support business & technology teams in data analysis, in UAT phase etc.
- Acting as a proxy customer with the development teams, facilitating open communication between the customer & development team
- Driving user acceptance criteria with the customer
- Aware of the AGILE terminologies and should have knowledge of AGILE tools like JIRA, Confluence etc.
- Basic knowledge of PL/SQL for data querying & analysis will be an added advantage.
