We are seeking an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Kubernetes infrastructure design and implementation. This role requires someone who can architect, build, and manage enterprise-grade Kubernetes clusters from the ground up. You’ll lead modernization initiatives, shape infrastructure strategy, and work with cutting-edge cloud-native technologies.

Infrastructure Design & Implementation

• Architect and design enterprise-grade Kubernetes clusters across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Build production-ready Kubernetes infrastructure with HA, scalability, and security best practices.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps workflows.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and observability for Kubernetes workloads.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead a team of 3–4 DevOps engineers, providing technical mentorship.

Kubernetes Expertise

• 6+ years of hands-on Kubernetes experience in production.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes architecture (etcd, API server, scheduler, kubelet).
• Advanced Kubernetes networking (CNI, Ingress, Service mesh).
• Strong grasp of Kubernetes storage (CSI, PVs, StorageClasses).
• Experience with Operators and Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs).

Infrastructure as Code

• Terraform (advanced proficiency).

• GitOps workflows (ArgoCD, Flux).

What will you do?

· Define the overall process, which includes building a team for DevOps activities and ensuring that infrastructure changes are reviewed from an architecture and security perspective

· Create standardized tooling and templates for development teams to create CI/CD pipelines

· Ensure infrastructure is created and maintained using terraform

· Work with various stakeholders to design and implement infrastructure changes to support new feature sets in various product lines.

· Maintain transparency and clear visibility of costs associated with various product verticals, environments and work with stakeholders to plan for optimization and implementation

· Spearhead continuous experimenting and innovating initiatives to optimize the infrastructure in terms of uptime, availability, latency and costs

6. Have nailed the data storage game: Good knowledge of Relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL,Mongo, BigQuery, Cassandra…)

7. Bring that extra zing: Have the ability to program/script is and strong fundamentals in Linux and Networking.

8. Know your toys: Have a good understanding of Microservices architecture, Big Data technologies and experience with highly available distributed systems, scaling data store technologies, and creating multi-tenant and self hosted environments, that’s a plus

DevOps Lead Engineer

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Lead Engineer with 8 to 10 yrs. of experience who handles the entire DevOps lifecycle and is accountable for the implementation of the process. A DevOps Lead Engineer is liable for automating all the manual tasks for developing and deploying code and data to implement continuous deployment and continuous integration frameworks. They are also held responsible for maintaining high availability of production and non-production work environments.
