Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and driving a team of Virtual Relationship Managers (VRM) handling a portfolio of eligible customers in order to achieve the targets set and that all guidelines and regulatory requirements are followed. Ensuring that customers get world-class services and their needs are understood and met through financial products that the Bank has to offer.
- Consistently meet portfolio objectives defined Viz. sales, income, group product holding etc.
- Ensure adherence to Operations process aimed at zero defect transaction processing & meeting the Audit & Compliance guidelines.
- Responsible for managing, training and motivating staff.
- All of the above parameters are consistently met by the team of VRMs.
- Income generation through the right blend of enhancement of CASA balance and cross-sell of appropriate products So that the VRM becomes the top of the mind recall amongst the customers in the catchment for all their financial needs and services, thereby ensuring that the VRMs also achieves the key performance parameters set 8. The team Manager leads a team of VRM (Virtual Relationship Manager) and is directly responsible for the performance of team members leading to the fulfilment of Business objectives.
- Monitoring and tracking the VRMs on revenue generation, product penetration, digital penetration, and liability growth and ensuring that the required product mix is maintained at the resource level to achieve the targeted number.
- The team Manager will be responsible for Sales Management through leads generated for a set of products from a fixed non-managed customer with the express objective of achieving business targets and efficiency targets related to outbound database calling management.

Role & Responsibilities
As the Sr. Business Development Executive:
1. You will take full responsibility for accurate forecasting, regular quarterly top of the funnel pipeline delivery, and facilitation of sales enablement and regulate the implementation of agreed demand generation activities.
2. Build and manage an accurate forecast to achieve a quota goal.
3. Leverage existing engagements and run-rate business to seed and grow new opportunities.
4. Build, monitor and orchestrate sales pipeline activities.
5. Meet quarterly and annual quota.
6. Uses a consultative-selling approach to identify and advance opportunities that result in profitable revenue growth for the company.
7. Develops, presents, and negotiates customer proposals to solicit and secure new business.
8. Negotiates contract renewals (e.g., pricing, terms and conditions, ) to retain customers, increase profits, and to protect company’s interests.
9. Maintain current and accurate account information, leads and follow-ups for assigned clients in CRM database.
10. Researches and begins to understand the client's industry, and develops a core understanding of client business needs and challenges.
11. Strong internal and external networking skills with robust inter-personal skills that will develop and enhance long term relationships.
Requirements

Minimum 5+years of inside sales experience carrying an annual quota of atleast 60 appointments in IT Services Sales, IT Product Sales.
Must be able to deliver an effective and compelling value proposition for our services.
Adept at Business Communication, Negotiation Skills, Closing Skills, Prospecting, Client Engagement, Sales Presentations & Sales Demos, Social Media & Social Selling.
Must possess effective organization and time management skills.
Must be able to work both independently in a team environment
Bonus points if,
You have a basic understanding of UI, UX and front-end
Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle will be of benefit, but not mandatory

Outline of the responsibilities
- Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
- Utilise Pipedrive, cold calling, LinkedIn and email to generate new sales opportunities
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
- Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
