Job Description :

We are urgently seeking a Senior SAP PPDS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) Consultant with strong implementation experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting end-to-end project delivery for SAP PPDS, contributing to solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment in both Greenfield and Brownfield environments.

Mandatory Skills : SAP PPDS, CIF Integration, Heuristics, Pegging Strategies, Production Scheduling, S/4 HANA or ECC, Greenfield/Brownfield Implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the implementation of SAP PPDS modules including system configuration and integration with SAP ECC/S4 HANA.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define functional specifications.
• Design, configure, and test SAP PPDS solutions to meet business needs.
• Provide support for system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Participate in workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation and post-go-live.
• Ensure documentation of functional specifications, configuration, and user manuals.

Required Skills :

• Minimum 6+ Years of SAP PPDS experience.
• At least 1-2 Greenfield or Brownfield implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning and production scheduling.
• Hands-on experience in CIF integration, heuristics, optimization, and pegging strategies.
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in S/4 HANA environment.
• SAP PPDS Certification is a plus.
• Experience working in large-scale global projects.

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code with full-stack development in PHP.
• Roll out new features and analyze (and react) to the results you discover from our system services and user feedback
• Optimize existing functionality for improved response times
• Collaborate with the team to design, develop, unit test, and support new features
• Searching creatively for the best solution while building for the end-user
• Consistently deliver readable, maintainable, and efficient code
• Performance tuning, testing, refactoring, usability, and automation
• Participate actively in Scrums, sprint planning meetings, and sprint retrospectives.
• Rapidly mockup-proof-of-concept implementation of ideas and present them to internal stakeholders
• Stay informed of new tools, libraries, and best practices and share ideas with the team for continuous improvement of the toolchain and development process
• Support, maintain, and help document software functionality
• Work with other departments, stakeholders, and customers on software development, improvements, internal tools, and implementation issues

Basic Requirements:

• 5+ years of programming experience in developing web apps. Experience in developing mobile apps would be a bonus.
• Front-end development with technologies such as Javascript, Typescript, VueJS, CSS, Bootstrap, etc
• Strong knowledge of database modeling and design in RDBMS and NoSQL databases
• Strong experience in API design, API Security, API Documentation and REST, GraphQL-based services
• Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture would be a bonus
• Have a self-directed work ethic with attention to detail and good communication skills
• API Integration and extension development for 3rd party applications e.g. Facebook, Google, etc

• Support and lead a team of product designers, by applying your expertise in strategic design methods and efficient design processes, across a multi-disciplinary team (UX, UX research, IxD, UI, VD, Graphics, etc) Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
• A key contributor to product team working closely with PM and key stakeholders (product, engineering, data science, sales, marketing & PR) to define a long term strategy that delivers on the vision
• Be able to deliver value for end-to-end user experience design with a focus on interaction design and visual design.
• Develop process flows, wireframes, and mockups to effectively conceptualize and communicate design strategies and detailed interaction models
• Be accountable for the system designs within the scope of your team to fulfill both functional and non-functional requirements, that enables building a scalable and reliable product
• Bring predictability & visibility of the team’s delivery to all relevant stakeholders, which includes making complex technological context more accessible to improve the quality of decision making
• Continually research the user experience through interviews/systematic feedback from internal/external customers to dive into root problems and uncover opportunities to improve our product
• Responsible for building & growing the design team - skills development, personal development, mentoring & leadership growth
• Work towards inculcating a Design Thinking culture within the team.

• Experience managing a design project from start to finish
• Ability to communicate effectively to different audiences within the organization
• A keen sense of design - both interaction design and visual design
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Sketch and InVision)
• Experience developing UX wireframes, interactive prototypes and mock-ups
• Team spirit, strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Can get hands dirty with all parts of the design process
• Understanding of influencer marketing space is a good to have
