Review Criteria

• Strong Graphic Designer Profile, with a focus on Marketing / branding works
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design within B2C companies working across print and digital media
• Proven experience designing marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, banners, standees, event signage, and sponsorship assets) and digital creatives for social media and campaigns
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma for design execution and collaboration.
• Strong understanding of brand identity, visual hierarchy, and lead-generation design principles — ability to convert marketing objectives into impactful visuals.
• Demonstrated portfolio including both print/event assets and digital/social creatives that show consistency, storytelling, and creativity.

As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning visuals across a wide range of media including digital, print, and video content. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and creative teams to bring our brand vision to life while ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. • 3-7 years of design and work experience in visual design, including creating graphics and video content for digital and print media.
