1. Content Production

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and brand communication.
• Capture diverse content including food, interiors, events, pop-ups, and lifestyle visuals that reflect and enhance brand identity.
• Adapt deliverables to suit platform-specific requirements (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

2. Creative Input

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative storytelling concepts.
• Propose innovative formats, transitions, visual styles, and editing techniques to keep content fresh, engaging, and trend-relevant.

3. Editing & Post-Production

• Transform raw footage into compelling, polished videos with strong narrative flow.
• Handle sound design, color grading, motion graphics, text overlays, and other visual effects as needed.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains consistent aesthetics.

4. Event & Activation Coverage

• Capture on-ground events, pop-ups, collaborations, and influencer activations.
• Produce quick-turnaround highlight reels and behind-the-scenes content in real time when required.

5. Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with the Social Media Executive and Brand Marketing Executive to ensure content supports overall strategy and campaign goals.
• Manage shoot logistics independently—including equipment setup, lighting, and coordination with vendors or talent.

6. Asset Management

• Maintain a well-organized library of raw footage and final edits.
• Ensure all assets are properly backed up and easily accessible for future use.

Must have 1.5 years of experience in front end development in an internet startup

You have overall responsible for the analytics development team and delivery.
