Job Description

Function: Software Engineering → Full-Stack Development

Fintech/BFSI domain experience.

 Requirements:

• Mandatory Skill: Strong Experience in React JS, Node JS, and AWS -3+ years of relevant experience from Current Projects.
• Expertise with at least one Object-oriented JavaScript Framework (React, Angular, Ember, Dojo, Node, etc. ).
• Good to have hands-on experience in Python development.
• Proficiency with Object Oriented Programming, multi-threading, data serialization, and REST API to connect applications to back-end services.
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes (k8s), Jenkins, and GitHub Actions is essential for this role.
• Proven cloud development experience AWS.
• Understanding of IT life cycle methodology and processes.
• Experience in understanding and Leading Enterprise Platforms/Solutions.
• Experience working with Microservices/Service Oriented Architecture Frameworks.
• Good Understanding of Middleware technologies.
• Possess expertise in at least one unit testing framework.
• Education: Avoid UG Degree alone and look only at B. E/B. Tech/MCA/M. Sc.

• To manage our back-end services and ensure a seamless interchange of data.
• You will be responsible for developing and coding all server-side logic and also to maintain the central database and respond to requests from front-end developers. 

What are you required to do ? (Your Responsibilities) 

• Writing back-end code and building efficient modules.
• Produce detailed specifications
• Developing back-end portals with an optimized database.
• Integrating data storage solutions.
• Responding to integration requests from front-end developers.
• Updating and altering application features to enhance performance.
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary
• Work closely with the IT team in completing projects
• Troubleshoot and fix any issues relating to PHP programs
• Create scripts to facilitate client systems to meet performance and objectives
• Test and develop software for client applications
• Create documentation for software created
• Utilize source debuggers and write or modify client software
• Produce results effectively and within the deadlines set 

Job Brief:

• Proficient with Microsoft .NET & .NET Core development using C#, Web API.
• Good understanding of Design Patterns and Principles.
• Must have an experience on Angular6/7//8.
• Having knowledge of in NodeJS / VueJS / ReactJS will be an added advantage.
• Excellent Communication, presentation, problem-solving and team working skills
• Interact with Clients & handle single project.

The Role

We’re looking for a Founding Full-Stack Engineer who thrives in 0→1 environments. You’ll take ownership of architecture, design, and execution across backend, web, and mobile (iOS/Android) — helping shape both the product and the culture of the company.

You’ll be joining at the earliest stage — working directly with the founding team on everything from feature development to infrastructure decisions and product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable backend systems (APIs, data models, authentication, messaging, matching).
• Lead development across web and mobile clients (React, React Native, Swift/Kotlin).
• Collaborate on product design and iterate quickly on user feedback.
• Set up CI/CD, testing, and monitoring pipelines.
• Help define the tech culture, best practices, and early engineering team standards.
• Contribute to early hiring and mentorship as we grow.

2. Web Challenge – Build a small feature for the web app to demonstrate frontend and full-stack skills.
3. iOS Challenge – Build a small feature for the iOS app to showcase mobile development and design sense.
4. Android Challenge – Build a small feature for the Android app to highlight cross-platform depth.
5. Founder Chat – Meet with the Founder to discuss vision, values, and long-term fit.
