Position Summary:

As Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing SailPoint IdentityNow (IIQ) solutions to ensure effective identity governance and access management across our enterprise. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, develop solutions that align with business objectives, and oversee the deployment and integration of SailPoint technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and Design Solutions:

= Design and architect SailPoint IIQ solutions that meet business needs and align with IT strategy.

= Develop detailed technical designs, including integration points, workflows, and data models.

Implementation and Integration:

= Lead the implementation and configuration of SailPoint IIQ, including connectors, identity governance, and compliance features.

= Integrate SailPoint with various systems, applications, and directories (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, databases).

Project Management

= Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful deployment of SailPoint IIQ solutions.

= Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address project requirements, risks, and issues.

Customization and Development:

= Customize SailPoint IIQ functionalities, including developing custom connectors, workflows, and rules.

= Develop and maintain documentation related to architecture, configurations, and customizations.

Support and Troubleshooting:

= Provide ongoing support for SailPoint IIQ implementations, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

= Conduct regular reviews and performance tuning to optimize the SailPoint environment.

Compliance and Best Practices:

= Ensure SailPoint IIQ implementations adhere to industry best practices, security policies, and regulatory requirements.

= Stay current with SailPoint updates and advancements, and recommend improvements and enhancements.

Collaboration and Training:

= Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

= Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on SailPoint IIQ functionalities and best practices.

Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience with identity and access management (IAM) solutions, with a strong focus on SailPoint IIQ.
3. Proven experience in designing and implementing SailPoint IIQ solutions in complex environments.

Technical Skills:

1. Expertise in SailPoint IIQ architecture, configuration, and customization.
2. Strong knowledge of identity governance, compliance, and role-based access control (RBAC).
3. Experience with integration of SailPoint with various systems and applications.
4. Proficiency in Java, XML, SQL, and other relevant technologies.

Certification Preferred:

1 SailPoint IIQ Certification (e.g., SailPoint Certified Implementation Engineer).

2 Other relevant IAM or security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM).

Mandatory Skills: Exp in anyone MNC framework (Laravel/Codeigniter/CakePHP)

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and coding all server-side logic using the CakePHP framework.
2. Writing back-end code and building efficient PHP modules.
3. Understand existing software products and contribute towards improving it.

Experience:

The candidate should have about 2+ years of experience with design and development in Java/Scala. Experience in algorithm, data-structure, database and distributed System is mandatory.

Required Skills:

Mandatory: -

1. Core Java or Scala
2. Experience in Big Data, Spark
3. Extensive experience in developing spark job. Should possess good Oops knowledge and be aware of enterprise application design patterns.
4. Should have the ability to analyze, design, develop and test complexity of spark job.
5. Working knowledge of Unix/Linux.
6. Hands on experience in Spark, creating RDD, applying operation - transformation-action

Job Responsibilities:

• Apply your knowledge of ML and statistics to conceptualise, experiment, develop & deploy machine learning & deep learning systems.
• Understanding the business objectives & defining the right target metrics to track performance & progress.
• Defining & building datasets with the appropriate representation techniques for learning.
• Training & tuning models. Running evaluation & test experiments on the models.
• Build ML pipelines end to end. (Everything MLOps.)
• Building pipelines for the various stages.
• Deploying models.
• Troubleshooting issues with models in production.
• Reporting results of model performance in production.
• Retraining, performance logging & maintenance.
• Help the business with insights for better decision-making. You will build many predictive models for internal business operations
  you will derive insights from the trained models & data to help the product & business teams make better decisions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of work experience as an ML engineer or Data Scientist with a Bachelors Degree in Computer science or related field
• Theoretical & practical knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Statistical methods. (NLP Tasks, Recommender Systems, Predictive Modelling etc)
• Since Pepper is a content company, you will work on many interesting text based problems. Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing techniques with Deep Learning is a must for this role.
• Familiarity with the popular NLP applications and text representation architectures & techniques: text classification, machine translation, named entity recognition, summarisation, question answering, zero-shot learning etc.  Bag of Words, TF-IDF, Word2vec, GloVe, BERT, ELMo, GPT etc.
• Experience with ML frameworks (like Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch) & libraries like Sklearn.
• Experience with ML infrastructure & shipping models.
• Excellent programming & algorithmic skills. Good understanding of Data Structures and algorithms (fluent in at least one object oriented programming language). Proficiency in Python is a must.
• Strong understanding of database systems & schema design. Proficient in SQL

- BE Computer Science, MCA or equivalent. 

- Experience testing IOT devices managed by cloud. 

- Manual testing experience and a desire to learn and work with the latest technologies. Web, Cloud and Mobile App testing.
