We’re looking for a passionate Node.js Developer to join our team! If you have hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, and databases (such as MongoDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL), we want to hear from you.

✅ Key Skills:

• Strong in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, Express.js
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), Express.js, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and security best practices.

• 3+ years of Experience in software Design and development and familiar with technologies - Java, Java-J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Ajax, REST API, Micro services etc.

• Working knowledge of No-SQL database (Mongo or Dynamo DB)
• Working experience with messaging (JMS/RabbitMQ)

Role

As a NodeJS developer at Techwondoe, you will be designing, developing and deploying applications built using nodeJS techstack. You will start working on a project that has cloud functions, services built using nodeJS and deployed into GCP.

Responsibilities

• Develop cloud functions using nodeJS and services using nestJS
• Write unit tests for all the code with good coverage
• Develop and maintain Cl/CD pipelines in gitlab
• Mentor junior engineers by reviewing their code, guiding them in right direction
• Build quality code that is easily readable, scalable and maintainable

Skills Required

• 3+ years of working experience using nodeJS
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)
• Hands on experience with SQL
• Experience in designing and developing serverless applications
• Knowledge of SOLID principles, Design patterns
• Good to have hands on experience with terraform

Key Responsibilities: 

• Rewrite existing APIs in NodeJS.

Skills Required: 

• At least 3 years of experience developing Backends using NodeJS — should be well versed with its asynchronous nature & event loop, and know its quirks and workarounds.

Responsibilities

The platform that will drive payments at slash will be the social profiles and payment pages for the merchants. You will be responsible for building the social platform on which merchants can build their profiles, list items for sale, the APIs that power the entire UI experience for Slash.

• 3+ years of experience in NodeJS Backend development
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms and system design
• Awareness of OOP paradigm, SOLID principles and design patterns
• Experience with TypeScript would be a bonus
