Role Summary

Seeking an experienced App Connect Enterprise (ACE) / Integration Bus (IIB) Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise integration environments. The role involves L2/L3 production support, incident management, deployments, monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure stable and high-performing integration services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for ACE / IIB applications across DEV, UAT, and Production environments
• Support and maintain enterprise integrations, message flows, and interfaces
• Monitor integration environments and troubleshoot failures related to ESQL, MQ, database connectivity, network, or data issues
• Perform incident management for P1–P5 issues, including bridge calls and stakeholder coordination
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provide permanent fixes
• Manage UAT testing, production deployments, and release activities
• Perform certificate renewals, patching, and vulnerability remediation
• Reprocess failed messages/transactions to ensure business continuity
• Update configuration properties (for example, UDP properties) in production
• Create and manage Change Requests (CRs), JIRA tickets, and CAB approvals
• Prepare Weekly and Monthly Service Reports (WSR/MSR)
• Provide on-call and weekend support as per rotation
• Debug message flows and optimize ESQL for performance improvements
• Support SOAP and REST-based integrations
• Work with monitoring tools to ensure alerting and ticket generation
• Collaborate with application teams, architects, and DevOps teams
• Ensure adherence to operational standards and best practices

Job Title: QA Salesforce Automation Engineer

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Hybrid – Bangalore

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Salesforce Automation Engineer with 6+ years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce testing, with hands-on experience in automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, or TestNG. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining automated test scripts, executing test cases, identifying bugs, and ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications. A solid understanding of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) and APIs is essential. Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and version control systems like Git is preferred. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define test strategies and improve the overall QA process. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality enterprise solutions.

Requirements:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 8+ years of experience working in Software Engineering field with 2+ years’ experience line managing, coaching and mentoring Software Engineers
• Fluent in Java and hands on experience with building service-oriented, database driven applications
• Strong background in software design and architecture
• Exceptional experience in building high performing teams
• Experienced setting up processes to improve productivity
• Experience with establishing technical strategy and roadmap, setting measurable goals and metrics for teams
