Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Windows OS Developer with strong expertise in C/C++ and deep understanding of Windows platform internals. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Active Directory, Identity Management, and Windows Internals with the ability to work on system-level development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop system-level applications on the Windows platform using C/C++.
• Work on Windows OS internals, system architecture, and low-level components.
• Develop and integrate solutions involving Active Directory and Identity Management.
• Troubleshoot complex system-level issues related to Windows internals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for feature development and enhancements.
• Optimize performance and ensure security best practices.

Required Skills:

• 3–9 years of strong development experience in C/C++.
• Good understanding of Windows Platform and Windows Internals (basic to intermediate level).
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory.
• Experience in Identity & Access Management concepts.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of system programming concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: Develop & execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Continuously evaluate and refine the strategy based on market trends & customer feedback.
• Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed revenue targets by identifying business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and managing the sales pipeline. Foster long-term relationships with key accounts.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs to inform product development and sales strategies. Conduct market research,competition & competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Sales Process Optimization: Implement & improve sales processes, systems & follows the best practices in sales and customer relationship management, use tools to enhance efficiency & effectiveness. 
• Reporting and Analysis: Regularly analyze sales data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Present reports to senior management to track progress and make informed decisions.
• Customer Engagement: Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to attract and retain customers. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
• Collaboration: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with educational institutions, organizations & other stakeholders to expand the company's reach and influence in the EdTech sector.

Qualification and experience:

• Proven working experience as a State Sales head in K-12 or CBSE school business, 
• Proven sales track record, computer Proficiency for proposal development & CRM tools
• Market knowledge, strong relationship is expected with ability to build rapport
• Good analytical & Strong problem solving skills, listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients, able to work under pressure in result oriented manner
• Graduate from any branch computer science, MBA, BA, B.Com  
• Edtech/Book publisher or sales & marketing experience are added advantages

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Node.Js, Angular, AWS, MongoDB or Postgres OR MySQL.
• Strong experience with MEAN stack development.
• Proficiency in SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDb).
• Solid understanding of AWS services for application hosting and scaling.

6+ years of experience developing on Shopify’s eCommerce platform including customization of various themes using Liquid

● 6+ years of experience in front-end technologies including JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, SCSS, and GraphQL.

● Superb troubleshooting & debugging skills.

● Interest in staying current and applying the most current best practices.

● Able to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced environment. ● Experience working with many cross functional partners to drive complex projects forward. ● Experience working with agile teams and making rapid decisions in a dynamic and disruptive environment.

● A disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance.

● Positive Attitude, high energy, and love for broadening web development skill set. ● Proficient in co-coordinating with teams and clients across different time zones. ● Familiar with JIRA, ConfluenceKnowledge in other ecommerce platforms such as BigCommerce orCommercetools is big plus

Requirements
