4. Job Duties:

Collaborate with different departments and resources to translate business needs to solutions, dashboards, and reports.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports per client requirements.
Create user documentation for all dashboards and reports created.
Configure and customize the client’s salesforce.com instance.
Assist with the migration of data from other CRMs and cloud systems into Salesforce.com.
Assist with Salesforce training for new users.
Be responsive to change, adapt quickly with a talented team, and work efficiently & remotely.
