Job description:

Looking to hire members for the application team who will Test and Support the application suite and eventually gather requirements and handle deliverables.

Responsibilities for the Role:

• Develop a full understanding the Product workflow.
• Collaborate closely with technical team members to solve the client requirements /study the feasibility.
• From future requirements analyze possible users stories /use cases for ascertaining the feasibility and preparing acceptance criteria/necessary steps for verification & validations.
• Preparation of test cases & scenarios.
• Participate in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.
• Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression).
• Analyze test results, errors/bugs, and usability and database impact.
• Design and develop automation scripts when needed.
• Participate in Application support activities to solve real time client issues.
• Manage client calls 24/7 and work on incident tickets to provide solutions in time.
• Good communication and Presentation skills.

Interview Rounds (May Vary): Technical Written Test followed by Presentation/GD and then PI.

Note: Selected candidates will be hired for internship

Paid Internship period: 1-3months.

Based on performance candidate will be hired as a permanent/fulltime employee.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Good understanding of QA methodology, automation expertise and ability to code.
• A keen understanding of the latest trends and their role in a commercial environment is needed.
• Develop, Execute the test cases and Report Bugs
• Send regular status reports, on bugs and functionality, tested
• Record test results, screenshots, etc. (failed ones)
• Create the test report and Conduct post-testing clean-up
• Run the regression tests
• Suggest fixes, identify functional problems and document technical issues and solutions
• In-depth knowledge of the SDLC as well as various software testing methodologies.
• Perform Functional/Black box testing, SQL queries, and Data Analysis.
• Using Bug tracking (Trello/JIRA), Project Tracking and SVN software produced various reports/metrics.
• Support the testing phase (system testing, SIT, UAT, non-regression testing) and ensure quick turnaround of defect fixes.
• You will participate in design and specification reviews, and use this information to design test plans.
• Manage and communicate regular updates on project status like work completed, work in progress, next steps, risks, mitigation, quality to QA manager and stakeholders.
• Present complex technical ideas (both written and verbal), anticipate potential objections and persuade others to adopt the most appropriate view.
• Establish an end-to-end view and capture all key requirements. establish clear functional and non-functional requirements like capacity, availability, and response times.
• Ensure that all requirements are 'testable' and agree on test strategy with the business and test team lead.
• Should have basic knowledge on integrating API Keys for AI tools.

• Ensure the team is focusing on automation along with manual testing.
• You will be a technology champion/mentor, and work with others to effectively use new technology to build effective testing campaigns

Requirements

• 8+ years of software testing experience, 2+ years of management or mentoring experience
• 1 to 2 years of working experience in performance testing and load testing
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience performing cross-browser testing using any automation testing framework
• Experience in manual testing of Mobile Native applications.
• Deep knowledge of test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases, and debugging
• Experience managing a team of QA Engineers
• Good understanding of the eCommerce Domain
• Solid understanding of SQL and API testing experience doing data quality testing with large data sets
• Excellent communication as well as documentation skills

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

An SDET is a test professional with advanced programming skills who can create automation testing tools and frameworks to assist the manual testing process.

We are looking for a talented SDET to contribute to and review the creation of a testing suite for production software. The SDET's responsibilities include both software development and testing tasks and focuses on the testability, robustness, and performance of production software.

SDET Responsibilities:

- Understanding the flow of code and how it interacts with different components.

- Understanding project documents, customer demands, and product objectives to create and execute test cases.
- Setting up, maintaining, and performing test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms, such as Mobile, Desktop, and Web, and building test scenarios and acceptance tests.
- Investigating customer problems referred to you by the technical support team, testing bugs, and creating and managing bug reports.
- Handling technical communications and understanding the customers' systems.
- Working with deployments teams, resolving level issues for systems, coordinating on product design, and offering inputs on the testability of functional elements and product designs.
- Noting all testing actions you have performed in daily and weekly reports.
- Analyzing and disintegrating software systems and coordinating with other teams to enhance the overall design.
- Researching test tools, methodologies, and trends and upgrading existing practices and processes.
- Managing the final quality on production release.


SDET Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field. This is optional, but good to have.
- Excellent programming skills with JavaScript.
- Knowledge of any of the following tools or similar. Cypress, Supertest, Chai, Mocha, Jest, Jasmine, Puppeteer, Karma, Playwright
- Knowledge of programming languages and process management methodology.
- Exposure to Behaviour Driven Development and experience in programming and testing.
- The ability to recognize risks and errors in an application.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to keep current with the constantly changing technology industry.
- A passion for testing, development, and software design.
