🔥 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable SaaS-based platforms using Ruby on Rails (backend) and React.js / Next.js (frontend).
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services as needed.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality product features for multiple projects.
• Write clean, secure, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, and team discussions.
• Support DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments on AWS.
• Take technical architectural level decisions for the products

🛠️ Required Skills and Experience

• 3–6 years of hands-on software engineering experience, preferably with SaaS platforms.
• Strong Full Stack Development Skills:
• Backend: Ruby on Rails (6+ preferred)
• Frontend: React.js, Next.js (static generation and server-side rendering)
• Database: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
• Experience deploying applications to AWS cloud environment.
• Good understanding of APIs (RESTful and/or GraphQL) and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Knowledge of security principles (OAuth2, API security best practices).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience in handling a team.
• Basic understanding of test-driven development (RSpec, Jest or similar frameworks).

We are looking for experienced Full Stack Developers - the ones who would help us in making KahaniBox the largest interactive fiction platform globally. You would be maintaining/fixing/improving our existing and new front-end and back-end solutions while working 100% remotely in flexible timings.

Required at least 2+ years of experience in -

• HTML/CSS
• JavaScript (ES6)
• Vue.js (or an equivalent frontend framework, e.g. React/Angular)
• Node.js
• Google Cloud Platform (or any other e.g. AWS/Azure, etc).

Ideal candidate will also be experienced in

• BAAS (Firebase or equivalent) and good understanding of serverless architectures.
• RESTFul API Consumption and Development.
• Testing (unit and integration).
• Comfortable with CI, continuous deployment, Git, and project management tools.
• Experience setting up and data mining Analytics databases.

Bonus points if you have experience with TypeScript.

Qualifications:

BTech/BE in computer science, electrical, electronics or related fields 5+ years of full stack design and development experience High emotional intelligence, empathy and collaborative approach. Experience in Angular Javascript frameworks, CSS, HTML5, NodeJS, ExpressJS, MongoDB to handle full stack web development. Experience with developing rich dynamic front end applications using Angular and CSS frameworks like BulmaCSS, Angular Material, Bootstrap, etc. Knowledge of GraphQL would be an added advantage. Knowledge of Cloud services like AWS, Heroku, Azure is preferable. Should be a quick learner to keep up with the pace of the ever changing world of technology as the candidate will get excellent exposure to the latest and trending Cloud based Saas technologies and best practices while working with varied customers based across the globe.

Responsibilities:

Develop web applications covering end to end software development life cycle right from writing UI code using Angular to backend API code using NodeJS and managing databases like MongoDB, MySQL, etc. Involved in full stack code management from Git check-ins to running automated builds and deployments using DevOps practices to deploy to public cloud services like AWS, Azure, Heroku, etc. Handling full-stack web development workflow right from front end to backend to CI/CD workflows. Design and Develop the tech architecture and work closely with CEO and CTO of the company Drive and guide with work of other engineers on the team

This is a leadership role and candidate is expected to wear multiple technical hats including customer interactions and investor discussions

Role Description

The role is of a Full-stack Engineer who is motivated to actively contribute to the design and development of new product features and enhancements. The role is expected to contribute and support in delivering technical solutions for various problem.

Responsibilities

Hands-on experience to implement solutions using JavaScript(React JS & Node JS)

Develop web/mobile applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Type

In-depth knowledge in JavaScript including ES6+ and Typescript
