About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Proficiency in MongoDB and SQL is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and clean structured and unstructured data from various sources.
• Analyze data using SQL queries and MongoDB aggregations to extract insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data in a meaningful way.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Monitor data quality and integrity, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Support the development of predictive models and data pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including working with collections, documents, and aggregations.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar (optional but preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Python/R for data analysis.
• Exposure to ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.
• Understanding of statistical methods and A/B testing.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities

2. Creating and delivering presentations to potential clients and partners

3. Identifying and contacting potential clients and partners, and following up with leads

4. Assisting with creating sales collateral, such as brochures and presentation

5. Maintaining and updating customer and prospect databases, tracking key metrics, and reporting on performance

6. Staying current with industry trends and best practices, attending conferences and networking events, and sharing knowledge and insights with the team

7. Completing administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing project timelines

We are searching for a Laravel developer to build web applications for our company. In this role, you will design and create projects using the Laravel framework and PHP, and assist the team in delivering high-quality web applications, services, and tools for our business.

To ensure success as a Laravel developer you should be adept at utilizing Laravel's GUI and be able to design a PHP application from start to finish. A top-notch Laravel developer will be able to leverage their expertise and experience with the framework to independently produce complete solutions in a short turnaround time.

Laravel Developer Responsibilities:

Experience in programming Embedded C applications.

Should have detailed knowledge on microcontrollers / microprocessors

Should have detailed knowledge on Battery Electric Vehicle Powertrain (BEV), Fuel Cell and H2-Motor

Should have detailed knowledge in powertrain function development for BEV, Fuel Cell and H2-Motor 

Strong development experience in MATLAB for powertrain function development

Strong development experience in CAN / LIN /Flexray / UDS / KWP, SPI communication protocols

Knowledge in tools like CANalyser / CANoe, CANDiva, CANstress, CANDELA studio, Lauterbach

Experience in scripting languages like Shell / Perl / CAPL / Make etc.,

Experience in using tools like Logiscope / Function Generator / Oscilloscope, etc

Experience in configuration management & defect tracking tools

Automotive domain and powertrain systems knowledge a plus

Ability to work as part of a dedicated project team and independently

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be a self-starter.
