Azure Data Engineer

Requirements

• 6–12 years of backend development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java 11+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, AWS.
• Solid experience with distributed, high-volume systems.
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Hands-on with CI/CD (Jenkins) and caching technologies Redis or Similar.
• Strong debugging and system troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in payments system is a must.

Springer Capital is a cross-border asset management firm specializing in real estate investment banking between China and the USA. We are offering a remote internship for aspiring data engineers interested in data pipeline development, data integration, and business intelligence.

The internship offers flexible start and end dates. A short quiz or technical task may be required as part of the selection process.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data sources
• Develop ETL processes to collect, clean, and transform data from internal and external systems
• Support integration of data into dashboards, analytics tools, and reporting systems
• Collaborate with data analysts and software developers to improve data accessibility and performance
• Document workflows and maintain data infrastructure best practices
• Assist in identifying opportunities to automate repetitive data tasks

• Sales targeting: Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, chats etc).

Key Requirements:

• 4-5+ year experience in outbound/inbound sales, experience in an International SAAS market is a plus
• Willing to work in Night shifts (central time zone i.e 9.00 PM to 5.00 AM IST )

• At least 2+ years of Handson in developing solutions on Microsoft Azure Platform
• 5+ years of industry experience designing and developing enterprise scale services & platforms 
• 5+ years of experience in C# with solid analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• At least 1.5 year of hands-on experience with React JS/ Typescript /Bootstrap/Angular related frameworks
• At least 3+ Year Hands on in Relational Database SqlServer/ Azure SQL.

• Handling Recruitment functionalities.
• Work on search engines like Naukri and Monster and hire candidates.
• Short listing resumes from search engines and references.
• Joining formalities
• Lining up of candidates for the Interviews.
• Performing Reference Check for selected employees.
