Job Description:
Lookingforafull-time Software Development Team Lead to lead our high-performing Information
Technology team. Thisperson will play a key rolein Clarity’s business by overseeing a development
team, focusingonexisting systems and long-term growth.Thisperson will serveas the technical leader,
able to discuss data structures, new technologies, and methods of achieving system goals. This person
will be crucialin facilitating collaborationamong team members and providing mentoring.
Reporting to the Director, SoftwareDevelopment,thispersonwillberesponsible for theday-to-day
operations of their team, be the first point of escalation and technical contactfor theteam.
JobResponsibilities:
ï‚· Manages all activities oftheir software developmentteamand sets goals for each team
member to ensure timely project delivery.
ï‚· Performcode reviews andwrite code if needed.
ï‚· Collaborateswiththe InformationTechnologydepartmentand business management
team to establish priorities for the team’s plan and manage team performance.
ï‚· Provide guidance on project requirements,developer processes, andend-user
documentation.
ï‚· Supports anexcellent customer experience bybeingproactive in assessing escalations
and working with the team to respond appropriately.
ï‚· Uses technical expertise to contribute towards building best-in-class products. Analyzes
business needs and develops a mix of internal and externalsoftware systems that work
well together.
ï‚· Using Clarity platforms, writes, reviews, and revises product requirements and
specifications. Analyzes software requirements,implements design plans, andreviews
unit tests. Participates in other areas of the software developmentprocess.
RequiredSkills:

related discipline.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Database Developer to lead the design, development, and
optimization of enterprise-grade databases using MicrosoftSQL Server. The ideal candidate will
also have hands-onexperience with MS Excel and MS Access, particularly in building data models,
reports, and automation tools that support business operations.
