Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in B2B digital marketing, brand positioning, and lead generation for technology-driven businesses. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote website development and IT services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B IT/technology marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Proven track record in digital marketing, demand generation, and brand building.
• Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, HubSpot/Marketo, and CRM systems.
• Experience in promoting website development, design, or IT solutions.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach.

• Strong Software Engineering Profile
• Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 5+ years of experience using Python to design software solutions.
• Mandatory (Skills 1): Strong working experience with Python (with Django framework experience) and Microservices architecture is a must.
• Mandatory (Skills 2): Must have experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka
• Mandatory (Skills 3): Must have Experience in DevOps practices and container orchestration using Kubernetes, along with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Mandatory (Company): Product companies, Experience working in fintech, banking, or product companies is a plus.
• Mandatory (Education): Educational background must be from a premium institute (IIT, IIIT, NIT, MNNIT, VITS, BITS)

Job Description: 

Ideal experience required – 6-8 years

• Mandatory hands-on experience in .Net Core (8)
• Mandatory hands-on experience in Angular (10+ version required)
• Azure and Microservice Architecture experience is good to have.
• No database or domain constraint

Skills:

• 7 to 10 years of working experience in managing .net projects closely with internal and external clients in structured contexts in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of .Net Core, .NET MVC, C#, SQL Server & JavaScript

Job Responsibilities:-

-Design and set up the entire insurance product for company

-Candidate will be responsible for managing the complete product life cycle including product ideation, product development, filing and approval process with the regulator

-Work on creating end-to-end policies for our insurance SME business
